I have a Polaroid and I am planning to buy this one because with the Polaroid you never know if you are getting a good picture or if the sun is going to ruin the picture but with this printer you get to retake a picture of it comes out bad or someone blinked you don’t have to waste money and photos

i just bought this and let me tell ya!! i love it so much! i have a polaroid camera... but i like this so much better! i can edit the photos right on my phone! this is a little pricey... but it’s totally worth it!!

@@aia1190 Its a little on the pricier range. With the photo printer and the films combined it prolly came up to $150 (that's for the 60 pack of film I bought) But I think its such a great purchase! I love being able to take edit my pictures before I print them. Before I got this, I would waste so much money on polaroid pictures that didn't turn out like I planned. I think in the long run, I ended up saving money because I got the most out of my film! hope that answers your question :)

I want this now, even if i have an instax camera already, This makes it more easier to take pictures of stuff, bc of you would get good lighting in the instax printer thing, but when i checked the price, its kinda triple the price of the camera

No need. The SP2 is better. The photo quality is better and so is the build. There's a reprint button too. The app might be worse than the new mini link but it's still good.

Thanks for sharing this my trusty instax sp1 finally called it quits and looking for a replacement. This is definitely a leap forward, not having to buy CR2 batteries and the WiFi connection is a godsend!

And I just got my Instax mini Liplay too! :( I must agree that using Bluetooth makes it far easier to connect my Liplay to my phone for printing vs WiFi on my SP-3.

Thank you for this review. I know it’s cheaper but can’t help thinking that the Fuji Mini LiPlay which takes photos as well as print them is a more interesting product in this “pocketable printer” market
I got it for Christmas, I’m still confused how to print a picture ._.
The price is ok and the small size is great. How did they mage to fit that film cartridge in? Lol
The USB charging is also nice but too bad you can't use it with Fuji cameras like with previous models.

I like the simplicity of the instant camera. Click and boom done. I suck at editing photos so the printer gives me anxiety😂

Worst investment was my instax camera. Pictures are always crappy only 1 in a million is decent. This is such a better option. I regret going with the camera Version!

The image quality is potentially the same as the SP2, it depends on the images you feed them.

I got it and it works really well but I put in my second film after the other film ran out and I put the film in but the app says there is no paper in the printer but there is because I put it in and matched the yellow line to the other yellow line but it doesn’t work this time!
hey Gordon, all my pictures coming out of the instax mini link is all overexposed.. is tehre a way to fix this?
To be honest I've found this on many Instax models, it just seems to be the style or boas, so you'll just have to feed it slightly under-exposed images to compensate.

I accidentally exposed the first sheet of film when I was fixing the slidey thing then opened the back (it got stuck) and it didnt work but the next one I printed turned out fine 😂

Honestly I recommend a intax printer over the intax camrea because with the intax camrea it might be a bad photo and would be a waste of film, but with the intax printer you take the photo on your phone and when you find a picture you like it's nice

@@cameralabs Thats true! I never know why the intax camrea is more "Popular" than the intax printer. You can bring it anywhere (Not like you can't with the intax camrea) What your talking about in the video is true! They has very fun edits and you can edit about anything on it. Personal I never had a intax camrea and I never really knew any "Special" things about it. The intax camrea is overrated the intax printer should get more noticed. Sad that the intax camrea is more "Recommend" than the intax printer.
@@theonewhonamemustnotbespok7579 I do like the way the cameras produce unique prints and I appreciate some people value that aspect - that there is only ONE print of that shot, unless you scan or reshoot it. Kids in particular value that control over their imagery.

Do you know how to remove the film when you accidentally loaded it to the printer in the wrong orientation? 😭
The prints aren't light sensitive until the pouch at the bottom is squeezed during printing, so I reckon you'd be ok to open the back, pull out the cartridge and pop it back the right way. Good luck!

This is just a printer, so it depends what quality photos you send to it.
Does this work with the newer iOS 13.2 iPhone update ? Because I have gotten the instax share sp-2 fujifilm printer for a long time and it was working and now it stop working because it doesn’t work with the new update :( is this printer work better with the new update ?

Yes it prints photos that you have taken with your mobile phone.
I know this is much better then a pal around camera because the photo will be 100 % like u wanted, but I think I’ll still buy a Polaroid camera because that’s fun, and I forget my phone almost all the time 😅
I agree, the instant cameras are a lot of fun and some of that is the unpredictability.

If you want them to contribute images then yes, they'll all need to download the app - it's free though.
my instax mini link connects to the app but does not recognize film at all, and also will not release the black cartridge or make a sound when being replaced. Any tips on how to fix it bc I've tried resetting it and nothing works

wow if i knew this, i would have never bought the HP sprocket, much nicer pictures, and the hp sprocket had problems with connecting to samsung, i tried everything, i think im putting my hp sprocket to sale and going to buy this one

It's just a colour, I don't think there's anything bolder about one colour over another.

You might get one in the pack, but in general you'll be buying them seperately.

Can you swap the paper out before it’s all used? I see they do a b&w paper so it’d be nice if you could swap between colour and b&w.

@@Yosser70 I like the square prints from the SP3, plus the direct wifi to Fujifilm cameras, but if you don't have a Fujifilm camera, it's really down to which shape you prefer
@@cameralabs I've actually just switched over to fuji but think I'd print from the app more, so I can edit in lightroom first. The SP3 is nice but it's near twice the price of the Link at the moment.
Just got mine. Easy to use no problem with connection. Unfortunately some of my prints are coming out over exposed even though they are not on the original any suggestions on how i can fix this please?
It's more about anticipating how the printer reacts, then adjusting your photos on your phone before hand, so it sounds like you'd need to make them deliberately a bit darker
