5 minute Instant Ice Cream Recipe ( No waiting ice cream! ) :
- 300 g Cold Heavy Cream ( 1 1/4 cups )
- 180 g Cold Milk ( 3/4 cup )
- 100 gr Sugar ( 1/2 cup )
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Divide the mixture in two, and to one add:
- 25 gr Cocoa Powder ( 3 tbsp )
Pour in 2 ziplock bags ( Make sure they close well!) and place in 2 bigger bags. Make one ice cream at a time, so add the ice only when you're ready to shake and make it.
- 4 cups of Ice ( per bag )
- 1/2 cup Salt

How fun! Thank you! When my kids were little we did something similar except we used 2 coffee cans. One larger than the other and the kids sat on the floor and rolled the can between them until ice cream was formed. Lots of fun for them

Add a pinch of instant espresso powder to the chocolate ice cream, it inhances the chocolate flavours, I do this with brownies, cake, hot chocolate etc
I make it in various flavors. Just use like strawberry milk, chocolate milk or any flavours milk. And we always do this experiments during science camp every year with our students ♥

This method of making ice cream brings back childhood memories. Instead of shaking the bag, my sister and I played catch with the bags. We caught them with towels to protect our hands from the cold and the bags from the impact. It was a great rewarding treat after a short workout. Thanks for sharing this, Emma. Cheers!

It actually worked😮 I don't remember ever using this method and succeeding at making ice cream but it did this time. But I made a very small batch so who knows. Although I remember doing that during open house with a small creamer (smaller than my batch) and none of my friends nor I got any ice cream

To do it just put in any juice you like and shake like she did in the sip lock bag! Also I recommend putting salt in the ice because it keeps it cold longer but you don’t have to!😇
