all very well until you get to a venue and realise you can't get it up the stairs and there's no lift.

We always know what we are getting in to ahead of time. If there isn't and elevator (which almost never happens for our company) we use a controller and folding table. Client will be without the video benefits we offer.

How you go up and down stairs?

These aren't designed to move up and down stairs, would need another soultion. We use controllers and a folding table in those cases. Client will not have our video benefits in that case.
