Flat pen and percent pen are calculated different for your damage output I believe. Percent pen will ignore a fix amount of armor whereas flat pen will subtract armor before doing damage
I love how strong Argus is but seeing people play him and get demolished really highlights how much profile on consoles struggle with playing their lane. Haven't had a single Argus pop off in my matches

I do think he is a bit overtuned currently at the moment. He has lot of strengths and minimal weaknesses compared to other mages at the moment

Question on caustica. It increases your % pen so if you have none, your pen will be 0% correct?
