I tried to silence my inner critic, but anything I watch/read/learn about this matter (such as this video) she ALSO watches/reads/learns, because she is right there with me ... so, she is always forearmed against anything I could do to her, because she already knows all the strategies as soon as I know them. So, this didn’t help.
From the Allman Brothers Song: "Midnight Rider" is the lyric, "I've gone past the point of caring". My "inter-critic" has whittled me into submission; I no longer care. The years of drugs, pharmaceuticals, have rendered my synapses and neurotransmitters to a state that the slipping of their vertical and horizontal holds keep the picture from being focused, as was the case for the t.v.s of days past. I've come to a point that I've transmitted this malady to my dog - poor thing didn't deserve to mantled with such a burden. Not even sure why I expressed any of this...

I am not sure if she sounds fake because the real her is fake or she is trying so hard she sounds fake but she is really a nice lady. 🤔
I was thinking about the same thing. She looked and sound so fake.
Considering the topic and her experience...it is about delivering what you must against that critic...it is an inner struggle...
Also remember, TedX has a style of delivering content...
