I dont like to use rotate function in transform section, Rotate tool in snapseed main screen is better

I seldom do any post processing, but when I do I use SnapSeed or Pixlr.

Usually when I'm done with perspective, I open an app called touch retouch. It's basically a more advanced version of the healing tool on Snapseed. I used the clone tool, it costs about a dollar 20 but I think a simple APK could fix it.
EDIT:
Found an APK on my extra phone and it works just as well.
Should you do post work on the phone or just move them to a computer and use a desktop app?
We like editing on the iPhone itself, but it's up to you! Some prefer a larger screen for editing :)
Anyone know an Android equivalent to the Reflect App?

why is my pics looks grainy and hi noise?
is it because of poor lightning?
also the outdoor pics looks like watercolour effect went through over sharpen photoshops effects.
Hiri Ottapa I think when you shoot on low ISO your photo will not have too much noise/grainy
What would be a good app to edit photo of clothing.
