I am currently writing books and making malaysian animal content to spread awareness for our precious flora and fauna. no amount of richness or money or fame can reverse the loss if we fail to safe our nature. I applaud the Pahang Royal family for finally listening to our pleas with the new Royal Tiger Reserve in Pahang. and i strive that my family that could work closely with this effort.

An excellent and insightful documentary that has made me aware of the perilous plight of these beautiful creatures living in our midst. Salute to the conservationists, the NGOs, and the Orang Asli for their dedications and commitments in protecting and preserving the tigers from being extinct.

Mixed feeling after watching this documentary. Happy to see efforts from all agencies to save Malayan Tigers. Sad to see poachers are going after our national treasures.
You can start simply with signing petitions and sharing them further. Little baby steps like that help, regardless of how insignificant you think it’ll do.
All the best to Malaysia. Malaysia should also consider relocating a few to some other safer havens temporarily for nurturing their health and numbers and then reintroduce them back into the wild. Human greed knows no bounds and no limits.
Excellent Documentary, should be noticed for an award. I am saddened by the lack of enforcement and attention on illegal logging, poachers and other elements that will inevitably wipe our our wild life, very sad indeed!... again kudos to the film makers, excellent job!
Respected Sir/Madam Still there is a hope.As Once Asiatic Lion reduced to 20 in Gir forest ( INDIA). Now they are back with population of more than 600.
The most enraging things is, these poachers are not even local but how can they enter Malaysia? Who are the person in charge to control these people to enter the forest and hunt the tigers down? I'm not insinuating that the locals got something to do with it but still, how did they enter Malaysia illegally? are there no one securing the country borderline? I believe someone should be held responsible for this matters and we have to investigate this to the root so that this problems can at least be controlled. I mean, hundreds of poaches ??? even human can't enter the forest at this point. Not only the animals but the people that are living, working and helping the animals in the forest are also in danger. Should someone be harmed first for us to take action to this people? Should it happened to human first for us to realized how bad is this?

I think at this number, most tigers should've been relocated to a few fenced/guarded areas. Although it's not their usual way of living, tigers are shown to be able to adapt to communal living and hunt in coalitions.
Malaysian Tiger should be regarded as national icon and treasurely. However, the tiger presence in Malaysia seems to be ignored and neglected for a long time unlike Bengar Tiger and Amur Tiger. Today's Malaysian tiger population of less than 150 is too small to sustain and keep genetic diversity while logging is still widely practiced. Thus I belive extending conservation area and connecting each national parks and isolated population need acceleration. Probably, dedicated Tiger protection project may be required, targetting population recovery to 400 to 500 equivalent population size of Amur Tigers.
