- Carrie (Christie Clark) finally gets the chance to testify in court against the man accused of sexually assaulting her sister, Sami (Allison Sweeney). When the judge won't allow in a key piece of evidence, it looks like Alan (Paul Kersey) might get away with it. At least Austin (Patrick Muldoon) was there to be hot, I mean to console Sami.

This was total misogyny on the judge’s and from Alan’s lawyer 🤦🏿♂️
Sadly still true today in many similar cases.
I miss 90s Carrie and Sami
It's amazing how the judge just let a rapist walk free. Yes Carrie stood up for Sami but Sami was just so traumatized by what happened and being humiliated. Then to discover her mother's affair with John just made things worse.
Scary stuff - this is just TV - but real life is just as scary.
As much as they had a sibling rivalry deep down they loved each other. I don’t know how she didn’t try and kill Alan because if he did that to my little sister either he’d be in jail or I’d be I’d pull a Sami Brady on his ass real quick (she later shot in him the junk). I was born in 1995 so this scene I wasn’t born it just a baby if this was 1993-1997ish. I love how she tried to pleased with the jury “you have to believe my sister”. That’s why I hate when people lie about serious shit like this because then real victims have to go through this when they should be believed but sadly sick people lie which hurts real victims of rape/sexual assault. Sami has went through so much in her life and that’s just the early days of Alison Sweeney taking the role. How Alison Sweeney hasn’t gotten a Daytime Emmy especially for the 90’s and 00’s is a disgrace even at 16 early 20’s she gave performances like her rent was due that very day in just about every scene she was in. Sami was always my favorite growing up (Lucas for the guys).
So that what you call it?
Alleged
An Attorney should be someone that you trust
If your going to court from a crime you got to hear all the facts not just one
All the facts and not just facts how about the truth
Doesn’t the judge want to hear the truth almost forgot the judges just wants to know of who guilty and who not guilty in this case the judge should know the truth
How about feeling of how people care isn’t that enough?
Sami is a good person 😂😂😂😂
Did he get punished
Will alan return just like they did zach and powell lord?
