Tip: Home theater setting lowers ambient noise. The footsteps are quieter but much easier to hear with quieter explosions and gunfire and such. Give it a try.

Need help here. My upscaling keeps reseting to Nvidia image scaling. I set it to fidelityfx Cas and apply and when exit setting and go back it resets?!?!?!
Tip when setting the settings In quality the idea is ‘lower VRAM usage’ the better. If you can put a setting on the highest without VRAM going up then do so. My VRAM is a 1735 and my game looks amazing with a few high and Ultra settings that didn’t affect my VRAM at all.

@@parker4447 Here's what I had to do. Find the GForce Experience executable, run it as Administrator. Find MWII in GFE. Hit Optimize settings. Launch game. Pop up asks to reset settings, say NO. You should now find dlss available to pick. However, some other video settings may be changed, so go back through everything and check it. I don't get all these recommendations for FX CAS....
Found out one of the reasons I was crashing during gameplay.....I had shield and overkill equipped and oddly enough it stopped even tried it again just to make sure it wasn't an coincidence and it wasn't🤔
Can you pls show how to do the DDU and the driver? I’ll see if that helps but also nvidia just updated to 526.98 cause man I’m getting like 170 ping, lag, and stutter. That was before the nvdia update so hopefully that’s not the issue no more. But if so I’ll like to try what you did

For texture filtering quality do NOT set this to high performance as the high performance option can cause stutters. Set it to performance or quality instead.

In Nvidia Control Panel in Adjust Desktop Size and Position on default it's on Aspect Ratio. It's better to put it on Full-screen or No-Scaling?

Turn off upscaling/sharpening setting and apply. and set it back to fidelity fx cas and it will stay that way

I believe it fixes the gpu spike thats been reported for a while now. So is it better, depends on what you trying to fix/resolve.
