The voice behind Nat is so on point. The tonation, pacing, and choice of words all perfect. A superstar. The animation and script is perfect also. So many subtle jokes in the animation, the longer you have lived in Thailand, the more of these you will notice. A masterpiece.

Love Nat's voice - so reminiscent of some of the Thai girls.

And then after 1 year, Nat obtained a permanent visa to remain in Britain, she divorced Mike and was awarded half his house, half his business, 50% of his savings and Mike had to pay her alimony each month.

Then Dave stopped working no income on benefits and only Natcan claim 50% from marriage date so if price of house not increase no money
What happened to Dave and Jason and Nat's bar and her Thai husband back in her hometown?
Can't wait for S02EP03 - Nat will surely have many interesting adventures in England before she moves on ;-)

Hi Simon and Peter, I just love the 'Nat' animated series, very professionally done, from the face of Nat to the other characters in the background expressing the reality and facial expressions of what is actually happening unbeknown to the niaive farang, like the goldsmith counting the money for instance.
I look forward to the playlist once the series ends so I can watch them all again in one hit, but until, then I am on the edge of my seat awaiting Nats final 'Coup De Grace' as we all know it is coming at some point 555.

Very good. Right from the start both tell each other a certain version of the truth but they will learn the full story and inevitable relationships fail. Everyone is a managing director these days ☺
It's a massive cultural shock to them they expect you to live in a castle cold rain dull. Unless your minted and got a massive beautiful place. Living in a old terrace house is not going to impress them. Would I do it all again not a chance. Too much Hard work to not be appreciated and used then rinsed theres good and bad however they all seem to have the same mind set.

Lived in NZ with my Thai partner for 3 years. She still thinks we lived in Europe during that time. All white people come from europe or America apparently.
Hahaha. I'm heading back to Aus after Xmas but eventually back to my country estate (lol) north of Auckland. With the Thai GF. Fortunately she is pretty well travelled (NOT a bar girl 😅) but I'll check to see if she thinks she's in Europe 😂

Wonder if nat joined the mile high club en route to UK. Here is an idea for the next series. After Peter touches down in Thailand, he finds two beautiful twin sisters and brings them back to UK to live with him and his wife. Hilarity and chaos ensue

OMG this is hilarious. I enjoyed season 1 and was hoping you would make more. Season 2 is equally awesome. Thank you for making us laugh. Sadly these stories are true (I have been in Thailand 13 years). But very funny to see someone tell the stories.

Good to see the stories back... although I only listen to them at work lol. One suggestion is to name them all the same so we can find them especially later on so "Thai bar girl dreams come true S02ep01" then maybe can add goes to UK or whatever. If you name each one different even though they have S02ep01 in the title, later on when you look back to find it you will be thinking "What did I name it?" And if it is different at the start it will be harder to find.
Just a thought.

The most AMAZING Christmas I ever had was in Thailand of all places. They had xmas trees all over the malls and for the first time it really felt like xmas. I was in Robinsons (I think was the name of the shopping store) in Bangkok. I had never seen a more organized store with all of the items perfectly fronted. All of the employees wore Santa hats. Then, without warming, "Jingle Bell Rock" started playing over the intercom speakers. All of the employees lined up in the aisles, sang the song and danced. It literally was the most surreal experience of my life. They knew the words better than I did. Sad I never felt so cheered in the States where Xmas should be the best. That first trip was magic as so many cool and un expected things happen including a free night of company from Soi Cowboy. I must be a handsome man after all. 555
