Last year I was in South Africa, we were two white tourists and we booked a hostel near to the airport without knowing it was in the middle of Gugulethu… finally the taximan drove us to the hostel and refused to leave us there and brought us to a safer place. I will never ever forget that taxi tour and the strange feeling I had seeing all those people through the window…
