I used to buy all the Weider supplements and trained like an animal back here in England.I had no idea I was overtraining as I wasn't aware the guys in the magazines took these things called steroids.Looking back,I feel a fool for thinking hard work alone would make me look like those guys.......

Bodybuilding is not a sport. Arnold called it a sport in Pumping Iron but he was manipulative. He helped make it more acceptable by that misnomer.
