Yes. Its long. But watch it. It covers everything from the rope to use to life jackets to boats and yes finally tricks. Great video.

if I not mistaken all music is original by creators and that's why not licensed by youtube
Someone found my email and asked me the same thing. I had to search UA-cam to find the video, because I couldn't remember what song we used. I believe this was "Sonic Reducer" by The Kick. The Kick was an Orlando band that my friend played in. They've since broken up.
