My troops like to look after themselves, very disciplined :) You inspired me to dig deeper into video production - it's been a steep learning curve over the last few weeks, and what have I learnt - it's bloody hard and time consuming LOL
Brilliant vid Dave, thoroughly enjoyed the nostalgic trip👏🏻You make a great point about the AM’s articulation & material outfits that we don’t really see in modern day figs - unless you fork out hundreds on Hot Toys! I’ve only got 40th SAS, Life Guard & Ski Patrol Trooper sets. My fave I owned as a kid was German Stormtrooper and Argyll Sutherland Highlander👍🏻
Thanks Mando 👍 I've never actually seen or held a Hot Toys figure, as I'm already having trouble focusing on vintage stuff 😄 Love the SAS figures, and those ceremonial outfits look amazing!
Thanks! 👍 These are definitely great looking uniforms - they are still around to pickup although having said that, the 40th seems just as difficult to find as the originals!
Dave I've been going back and watching your Rambo videos (which was risky enough) I've now ended up on your Action Man videos... I think you need to start putting warnings at the start ⚠️ "Please be advised you will likely end up on eBay if you watch this video!" 🤣
LOL 🤣 I can't be held responsible for your purchasing habits!!! 😎 Mind you, perhaps I should take a cut from eBay on any sales resulting from the videos... whenever I watch any of Tez's, I'm the same - there are so many transformers I could now add to the collection🤣
@@VintageToyRush it's a minefield isn't it, when you start watching other people's videos you naturally start to develop a real appreciation for lines you perhaps previously wouldn't consider, now growing up I had a lot of older Action Man, I remember playing in the bath with the Sea Wolf submarine, I had a tank and a huuuuuge jet of some sort... I am definitely going to give some thought to this. I might fire some questions your way in the future if that's okay mate 😁 And yes, as a result of Tez and Luke I have been occassionally looking at Transformers 🤣 Everything is so tempting 🤣
To be honest, I'm not exactly sure - I can only imagine that Palitoy thought it was not appropriate or wouldn't be received well in the UK market - if anyone knows why, leave us a comment - thanks!
Your action men look and tip top condition Dave. And I want to say that's a damn fine looking video you've made. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These are some really cool figures, I didn't know that Palitoy made a special manual just for the Soldiers of the Century.

Thanks Marc for your support as always 👍 I'm still experimenting with the channel so not sure where it will head 😀
Great work. One of the only people that review the British infantry man
Thanks!! 🙏
That's a great set. I only have the 30th Anniversary set & the 3 recent ones from a couple of years back. Tempted to get more now!
Yeah there are so many fantastic outfits from vintage Action Man - definitely worth a look 👍👍
Enjoyed that Dave. Look forward to more action man videos 🎥👍🏻
Thanks, yeah there will be more Action Man in the future :)
Great video, those are awesome looking figures I've got some of them from the 40th anniversary collection but I wished I'd picked up a few more
Thanks! 👍 These are definitely great looking uniforms - they are still around to pickup although having said that, the 40th seems just as difficult to find as the originals!
Yeah I know, also a lot of action man items seems to be going for crazy prices now
Yep,. even though it's frequently said Action Man is of a past generation now and so prices have dropped - not for me they haven't!!!
Estupendo video
Thanks!! 🙏

60s 70s action man were the best
Where did you get the glass cabinets?
I can''t remember the name of them at the moment - I'll look them up and post when I found them 👍
👍👍
Love actio man 😭😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩😚😘😘😜😜😇😇😇
Why didn't they bring the Japanese soldiers to the British market?

@@VintageToyRush yet the nazis got figures, very popular to boot. Weird
the paint detail and features of action man were never as good as gi joe.
trying to think of an example but they're pretty much the same?
@@VintageToyRush not really. gi joe has better paint and features and sculpted head.
My intelligence tells me that these are GI Joe rip offs.
Does that mean GI Joe ripped off flocked hair and gripping hands (kung fu grip) then?
@@VintageToyRush It's very easy for randos to say anything without any thought online, eh?
