Guys please don’t listen to this and think it’s easy. Solicitors fees, Stamp duty, Bridging fees. It all adds up, Be careful.
He didn't say risk free did he dick weeb
Costs of bridging and purchasing need to be factored in. Appreciate the round numbers are to simplify the process but the costs of finance and purchase really add up, so cannot be ignored.
I just booked! I am looking forward to attending and learning more about property investment. Loads of helpful info. In just a short talk! Brilliant !
From $7k to $13k that's the minimum range of profit return every week Many people don't realize that a strategy
is simply a set of rules that an individual
follows. It has absolutely nothing to do with the market whatsoever. The key to success is finding a set of rules you can follow consistently.
The stock market has been unfavorable for months and I keep losing money selling off during dip, I am very scared of holding now, how do you still make so much?
I'm a newbie in investment, please can you guide me through on how you made it
It's important to always stay informed and explore different investment opportunities to grow your wealth and reach your financial goals.
..
My portfolio has been going down the drain while I try on my own, I just don't know what to do,is there anyway I can reach your financial advisor?

You're such a blessing Samuel! Thank you for all the selfless and invaluable advice you give. God bless you abundantly!
My pleasure ❤️
5:08. They sure do exist Samuel. I came to your course 2 years ago but unfortunately, I didn't have the cash at the time to jump on board and I have regretted it ever since. My only concern with BRRR would be something like.... What if the tenant was to move out and the refinance repayments on a 0% interest-only mortgage still need to be paid. Is there insurance for this or something? Great video as always. PCG
Hello, I don't know anything about investing and I'm looking to invest, any help? As well who can I reach out to?
I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million, and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news. Chances are you're quite late to the party. The idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.
What opportunities are there in the market, and how do l profit from it?
You can make a lot of money from the
market regardless of whether it strengthens or crashes. The key is to be well positioned.
I would really like to know how this actually works.
How can I start this digital market?
Any guidelines, and how can I reach out to her?
September next year you will see me at the academy samuel
I have complete faith in you
I'm concerned. Because having looked up bridging loans. They all have to be secured against an existing property or asset. So do I have to put my house up as collateral if something goes wrong? Unexpected costs, the valuation doesn't deliver the price we were expecting. The renovation takes too long. All of those scenarios could result in me losing my home. So what steps do I take to ensure that does not happen?
Valuation and DD is really important. You will have around 12 months to complete your refurbishment but I personally would go for light modernisation such as new bathroom and kitchen rather than anything structural if this is your first project. Yes there is interest to consider with bridge loan finance and they have a charge on the property to recover their money if you cannot achieve the exit figure. But they won’t provide finance if the numbers don’t stack up. conveyancing also. You may avoid stamp duty if uninhabitable. Number crunching and comparable of around 30-40 properties in a 2 mile radius is essential both desk top and via experts such as agents to ensure your projected GDV is accurate.
@samuel Leeds,
Once this process is complete, do you not end up with a mortgage over your head for every property you follow this process with.
You pay of the bridge loan, refinance a new mortgage on new property value. Pay the loan, then your left with a mortgage to pay ????
Can you explain this part please on how you pay off all debt and end up with a house on your pocket all paid for etc
Teneants pay the mortgage plus more on top x
Hey guys I live in the UK and I want to get on the ladder, here is my situation, would like to know your opinion:
I currently live in the UK, however I want to move back to my country Romania, I am almost 25 and soon to be married.
I got about £20K (excluding emergency fund)
Now the question is, should I buy an apartment that needs refurb and then refi and rent it?
or
buy one that doesn't need any refurb and is rady to move in?
please note that the average apartment is 60K inside a very popular city (Sibiu)
let me know what you think
Surely the £150k that has been paid at remortgage stage needs to partly go back to the bridge loan company, eg £100k?
What is the payback fee for a bridging loan of as you say £150k from someone such as your self Samuel??
So Mr Leeds, i have bad credit. Will i be eligible for a loan to buy proerty? Also, do i have to attend one of your courses in order to get the loan?
So you just want a loan without being coached? That's crazy.
@rosahacketts1668 courses can cost up wards of 10k+. I might need a loan for that as well 🤔
It’s not about your credit rating, as it’s all about what the property is going to generate in growth, and rental income ….. the figures need to work for you to get bridging finance.
Also I’ve bought 2 properties and didn’t do a course with anyone…, I just watched the tube videos from Samual and some other investors. Also I found an amazing mortgage broker.
Samual has had a lot of bad press in the past, but I’m a woman with 2 kids and I did it. Everyone told me not to risk it, but I just went for it. My thing was if I take the leap….. I had no choice but to make it work, and believe me, it has. Good luck 🤞🏼
Samual knows his stuff, and as for the negative things people have said about him….. I’ll be completely honest-he has changed the life of me and my 2 daughters. Thank you Samual. ❤
Bridging loan fees are crazy ! They entice you in with the 'low interest' rates then hammer you with every fee known to man ! For a 60k bridging loan you will end up paying 15k in fees.
Not worth it , IF you want to invest in property , you will need some money or investment from family/friends , it's as simple as that.
What happened about that guy that killed himself due to debts related to your courses
What's the story?
Debunked story from many years ago
@@SamuelLeeds Can you explain exactly the information that debunks it? This is a genuine question as that is an extremely serious allegation to dismiss without explanation like that...
@@naturelover4214☝️
Is this guy still going 😅
Hajajaja, 150 mortgage 500 pounds per month payments?!!?!? Let me know where is that mortgage!!!! 😂😂😂
I won't suggest that poor, inexperienced people leverage too much and do this BRRR; it's way too risky for such people.
none of these videos tells the truth about actual cost involved , it feels like listening a fairy tale
Most of my videos are case studies 🤔
