He values his guitar much more than anyone should or can. Having things neat is boring. He has spent years of his life on that guitar. He raised the respect for that guitar in his heart and it shows. That guitar gave him so much. It deserves the love he gives.
I am pretty sure Damien Rice is from another world...His genius is beyond compare....I would say i was saved by his music. Nothing that serious just that his music got me out of many depressing things. Sounds weird right that his songs of all people got me out of depression but yes it did way back in 2007. Thats how pure his songs are. I also took up music full time. Havent done anything great myself musically barring an album i released last year but his music made my days better as it went along.. Today i have a mind at peace and a soul so calm that i can face anything in life no matter what. Thanks Damien for everything. One wish though is to see you live someday which i missed recently in Nepal due to financial problems but nonetheless i will make it someday, somewhere...Till then keep it delicate and pure like you always do and keep the music coming.
