The Drill Masters shoes made me remember...back in the sixties, in Junior High, we had to have white marching shoes. My mother got us what were at the time nursing shoes, and they were so comfortable. Then, in High School, we needed black shoes, and she just had them died black! After six years of marching, they were very, very worn.
I was watching ChaChing King who is an Ebay reseller, he was saying a trick to remove odor to vintage items and ink is to put Vodka in a spray bottle and spray it on the item and it will clean the ink off and remove any odors.
I read recently that if a pyrex dish has all lower case it was made differently than the all caps version. It also stated that all lower case is not microwave safe. My SIL had a pyrex dish blow up in her microwave years ago and now she knows why. Her husband worked for Corning Glass works for forty years. I have examples of both but can’t post them.
Aqaunet hairspray will take ink off of leather ! I'm enjoying watching you Elizabeth.. I love how you buy items under $5 to flip for profit.. it reminds me of my first few years as a reseller when I had very little to invest in items.. do you ever go into antique/vintage shops and spend higher amounts to still gauge higher profits or are you committed to smaller amount purchases ? They say the profit is in the buy, but, I'd love to see you flip some higher priced items in addition to your smaller priced items. Also.. what do you personally collect ? If anything..
I wanted to insert a photo, but can't. But yes PYREX in all caps is vintage. Modern pyrex will be in all lowercase. I've only seen this in glass bakeware on the bottom of the dish.
The wicker hand bag reminded me of the Golden girls, Sophia. ❤
Elizabeth, your complexion is beautiful, and your eyebrows are on point! 💯

I love this video, loved the storm, love that you’re such a sweet mommy and love how you and your husband can be a team.
My mom was a shopper and I used to hate going shopping with her because I knew it was gonna be a while. But now I love it.

Can you tell us how you chose your name "Forest and Faye"?
I was curious about the same thing.

I bought 8 of the Corelle Stoneware mugs just like the ones you got same color too. Can’t give them away….. they will not sell for me!

Don’t think it’s a good idea to film with your daughter…,
