可惜,而家搵唔返細細個食嗰種味道,
唯有自己喺屋企試吓煮返出嚟啦😉

Green Chili Pepper 青尖椒 1pc

Cabbage 椰菜 150g
Garlic 蒜頭 20g

Chili Bean Sauce 辣豆瓣醬 20g
Xiao Xing Wine 紹興酒 20g
Balsamic Vinegar 意大利黑陳醋 5g

Very good and delicious. Blanching cabbage is certainly a good idea. But a bit doubtful for pepper.
買唔到甜麵醬, 有冇第d代替品?
可以用鎮江醋代替陳醋嗎
個人覺得用台灣烏醋會更適合。 烏醋比陳醋香,酸味較淡。
