Imagine you book a Business Class Flight and not only you receive a „downgrade“ to premium economy but also you have Liam setting next to you with his complete camera setup filming the hole cabin😂😂😂

@@raychul33 Unfortunately no refunds for equipment change. That’s just the name of the game. That’s the risk of you fly with an airline with lots of different equipment.

I’m pretty that there was an equipment swap since most seats in Business Class were booked to get more money but while with throne seats decreasing the Business capacity when there was more business demand.

At least you got some sort of a full meal. I flew on them number of times due to my job and it was kind of a chartered flight, and all we got was a a hard cheese sandwich. The IFE was shotty at best if the screens ever worked. And my flights were constantly 4.5 -5 hours going to work and 2.5 leaving work. And the landings, were always super rough and painful
You guys need to do a class comparison of a SWISS long-haul flight from Zürich on their 777! SWISS service is legendary and they’re a premium airline, so curious to see what you think
I was disappointed with personnel and service on Swiss flights, with couple of exceptions. Enjoyed 777 flight to NYC from ZH but only one flight attendant was doing a great job.

I’ve been doing the NYC-ZRH and NYC-GVA flights for over 16 years and although the hard product and ground staff have at times needed improvement, the staff on board have been consistently better than both SWISS’s sister airlines and also a lot of its competitors. I’d encourage you to give it a try again!

apart from personnel, i don't think it has anything good. Food is subpar, seats are better than some EU airlines, worse than a lot of other airlines, d gate lounge is decent but i prefer using others. that being said, i can expect these things to be consistent.

Where there was no plan to rescue during pandemic in early 2020 from Dubai airport, it was fly Dubai which rescue alot of standard passengers including us. Thanks flydubai for your kindness.

call bell challenges are just stupid, they do it once, so they are using a sample size of 1. If you really want a more accurate idea they need to do it fight in flight out.... it's just another stupid gimmicks they do in their vids
@@charlesjay8818 well, great service should be shown throughout the flight meaning it shouldn't matter when or how many times he clicks the button. The challenge is not that useful really but it could show us viewers what the service respond time is like

FlyDubai appears to be a budget airline that just goes through the motions of offering business class. OK, maybe this was their backup plane, and Liam did get a decent dinner, but otherwise it wasn't the experience he expected - or paid for. I think a partial refund is in order.

Wow - this is quite the swap…! I booked ANAs ‘the Room’ for my Heathrow to Sydney flights back in March. We then got swapped onto a much smaller plane, which still had a decent offer, but nowhere near what ‘the Room’ promised when booking…!

Enjoyed the video but gosh, rather cruel feedback. I’m not sure if you guys are aware that FZ isn’t a full-service carrier. It’s quite known as a budget airline. Having flown with them twice from DXB-CTA-DXB I personally find this low-cost carrier one of the best among 5 other budget airlines. You’re probably sour over the swap.

One of my favourite anecdotes about Dubai Airport (apart from the train you take to change terminals) is the McDonald’s which had such huge portions that I wolf down everything so I could board my flight on time.

Fly Dubai's general idea is to get you to your destination, it's a budget airline that doesn't focus on giving you an "experience" . I'm half way through the video and it already looks sad

if this happend in mainland China(aircraft changed from lie flat seat to normal business class seat ).you can change flight for free or cancel flight with no charge, sometimes they may allow you change flight to other airline that has lie-flat. But like flight in Europe. only a few route have lie flat.
By the way, this is a budget airline .... I don’t think it’s not fair to compare with legacy carriers !

When Liam stated that the t.v. looked like it was far, it may actually be different if he were not in the front row. That is because the front row may give more leg room when the t.v. would typically be on the seat if within rows.

Europe is going through a major heatwave at the moment.
Not really impressed with Dubai Airport when I used it. Plane was parked at a very remote stand. Only just made it to the business class lounge when the flight was called and by the time I reached the gate boarding hasd already begun - bus transport to another very remote stand
This business look like the air canada business on their 737 Max 8 difference is the Max 8 fly regional flights in Canada and USA. Pretty much feels like premium economy.
Someone your height doesn’t really need the front or bulkhead row, which you got. It’s really difficult for people like me (6’3”) to sit most places in economy, but average height people will never understand.

You guys were just in bad luck. I flew flydubai back in February from DXB to OTP, and upgraded myself to business, it was a proper lie flat seat, the food was below par but was compensated by the food I had at Emirate lounge earlier.

Guys I'll have to be really honest so do forgive me, but I think you're being a tad too dramatic about the whole thing... An economy seat is very often just an economy seat and I really struggle to see how this could be noticeably narrower than any other Y seat on any other 737-800... plus calling a -800 with Sky Interior an "old plane" is a tad hyperbolic in my book (time to check the definition of old maybe) just because it has credit card swipe openings??mmmm.. The business class seat is certainly not as nice as the throne seat on the max, but it is still a decent hard product for a low cost airline that flies mid-hauls on narrow bodies... The video still gets thumbs up from me!😄
I also flied business about 3 weeks ago and I was lucky enough to get the one in the 737 max
If you fly lufthansa from frankfurt to madrid, the business is just economy seats with one seat free in between. what you got there is so much better

25 minutes is nothing compared to Schiphol AirPort atm, waiting lines are around 2/4 hours.

I can understand the disappointment over the aircraft change for the business experience, but for the economy, on a low-cost airline, you can't pretend anything more. Even on the 737MAX you were not going to have a pillow/blanket/amenities etc. YOu only have a screen per seat, but it can be used only by paying
I would make a complaint if that was the business class product I paid for!!

I have experience fly with Flydubai from DXB T2 to SJV Sarajevo Bosnia. My luggage broken, then one of Arab lady took my seat because she want to sat next to her husband. I feel frustrated! but the cabin crew and meal service no problem to me....
I would have made her move. Had folks try this on me. If they ask I always say yes. If they just take it, nope.
