Have a doubt here, the part that states "say you're alive" refers to the entity or angel whose he's begging for help to not feel pain? Or the subject of the song which ran off? I guess I'm missing something, please help me to understand if you know the meaning

Pure emotions, heartfelt, melodramatic, love and pain to the power of infinity……here’s my answer..’Vitals!’

Also, Sleep Token are not bad, definitely have a few interesting songs, but as a whole - way too overprocessed and synthetic, also the mix of styles, sometimes feel just like a gimmick for the sake of being different and not a purposeful change. Soen are traditional, very good musicians, you can't compare them in my eyes to a band like Sleep Token that rely on more simpler songwriting and tons of sound processing to hide that fact.
This song hit me like a freight train travelling 200 mph... My girlfriend is sick and there is a real possibility she won't survive. I'm just existing in a weird kind of limbo and time seems to have stopped moving at all. I'm afraid to actually lose the love of my life before we really got to get our story started...
