I'm SO glad to hear you found your barn cat Euro!! The suspense was killing me, but somehow I knew you wouldn't leave without them! And, I agree: South of the Border IS a VERY interesting place lol.. I feel like there is so much hype - and then BAM. Nothing crazy. Lol
My Dad was once lost his cat while moving. Had to go without him. But luckily a neighbor found him & kept him for a few months until my dad could come & get him. El Gato was quite the character. Once in the small town my dad moved to he'd lay in the middle of the road & make the rare person just drive around him. Everyone knew it too. Eventually died of old age.
Traveling with pets is never fun. I feel for them. I had to travel 5 hours to my university and back 4 times a year to get to the school, once the semester is over go back, then the reverse. It was not fun, my poor cats, one would scream almost the entire time. XD so happy you found and have all your pets.
I’m about 40 minutes from South Of the Border! It used a be a popular place..my grandparents actually had their honeymoon there lol! But now it’s very run down and ppl mostly go there just to get gas, cheap souvenirs, and fireworks haha!
