Change is one of the few constants in life. Yet, many people resist change because they believe it is always traumatic and painful. The reality, though, is that if anyone wants a different result from what they have been experiencing, change is unavoidable.
But here’s the good news: in God’s system, unlike the world’s, change can be effortless!
The phrase “effortless change” might sound like a paradox. To some, it even sounds impossible, “but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). Change can happen effortlessly if it is done God’s way.

planting seeds and meditating are they different? i.e are they done the same way?
Sowing is giving money or time to the ministry or to the poor or to build the kingdom of God. Meditating is reading the Word and putting your mind on word. Think and understanding his wisdom. To let your soul be rooted in the word. God said He will keep him in a perfect peace whose mind stays on him for he trusted thee. When you are full of the word you become steady. When the storm comes you will not be washed away❤️❤️
