Convex and semi convex shears have to be taken apart cause you’ll need to address the ride line on whetstones. You can clamp most bevel shears without taking them apart
@@wolffindustries I typically address the ride line on the whetstone first then put the shears back together and do the sharpening after they are back together
How do you remove the sharpening burr? We recommend doing the whetstone work after sharpening to remove the sharpening burr and then polishing the ride area
