BMW (and Mercedes) just feels refined and high quality. Most US made vehicles is all about the stats vs. price, money is seldomly spent on quality and refinement.
DOPE BRO. WE APPRECIATE THE VIDEO. LOOKING TO PURCHASE A 2021 this year, I want the traffic jam feature due to me living in NYC. I just hope I can Tune that one as well and it’s not a headache to do a stage 2 and down pipe on it!
@@paultheiling4084 bimmercode is a good option, i used bimmer remote. you’ll need a obd2 to enet cable and a enet to usbc or lighting depending on what phone you have, then when you have the app downloaded you get the option to code it. fairly easy and there’s plenty of guides out there
I have a 2017 540i and a 2021 Lexus IS 350, love them both, but I have to say the 5 series build quality is decent at best, I thought the G30 was going to be Lexus GS level quality but I was disappointed with the quality of the BMW, but instead it was slightly better than a F30 to me maybe because the design language is similar. to sum it up the 5 series interior creaks a lot more than the IS and the plastic feels cheap mainly on the dashboard and center console area, I absolutely hate how light the doors feel on the g30, it feels flimsy compared to my Lexus. But I guess you cant have everything, the 540i and is350 both weight about the same even though the 540 is a bigger car, performance wise it is uncomparable even stock my 540i will smoke the is350 with a catback exhaust.
haven’t personally driven one but i’m familiar with the 2.0 they’re fairly reliable, and most transmissions from ZF are amazing, i would for sure check the maintenance history and whatever their common issues may be
