- ME AND EARL AND THE DYING GIRL will be released in theaters on June 12, 2015!
Winner of the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, ME AND EARL AND THE DYING GIRL is the uniquely funny, moving story of Greg (Thomas Mann), a high school senior who is trying to blend in anonymously, avoiding deeper relationships as a survival strategy for navigating the social minefield that is teenage life. He even describes his constant companion Earl (RJ Cyler), with whom he makes short film parodies of classic movies, as more of a 'co-worker’ than a best friend. But when Greg’s mom (Connie Britton) insists he spend time with Rachel (Olivia Cooke) - a girl in his class who has just been diagnosed with cancer - he slowly discovers how worthwhile the true bonds of friendship can be.

Watch how you talk to Cat Stevens.
+Patrick Moreira after i saw that part i told my gf that i would watch this with her
+MrWhirlwind17 dang it haha missed that part. thanks
+MrWhirlwind17 I've already watched the movie BUT WHY WHY WHY DO YOU SPOIL IT FOR THE PEOPLE
+Patrick Moreira laughed so hard at that scene
Earl was the true hero of this film
+AlexTheTvGuy I just finished the book, he was the best character, Greg's a huge asshole
+Jake Wreck He's more of a socially awkward person, but he's not too bad. (I probably think this way because I'm like him)
why is earl the hero? I don't get it
FaceOfJustice not a hero, a protagonist. But he was the wise one who basically guided the plot
actually in the book he was the biggest asshole in the hole planet but no one will see a movie of an asshole and a girl who has cancer. We prefer a hero and a girl with cancer
This movie gave me trust issues.
+Tomiwa Aina So true. :'(
Haha yeh I was a bit annoyed!
Tessa from retail You have no idea! I've never felt that betrayed by a real human being before!
Mmm same. [spoilers] Also he says at beginning that it kills someone, and I'm left conflicted thinking it has to be the girl but then she lives and i am just angry for a few minutes and can't stop thinking about it
Tessa from retail [Spoilers] Yeah! I was 100% sure that other girl was gonna die especially when she went to prom with him. But I have to give them props; they had completely convinced me that Rachel wasn't gonna die. her death would have been so typically in any other movie!
Is it wrong that I find Greg so relatable? His awkwardness and inability to create meaningful connections with people really resonates with me.
No, it's not wrong, I am with you on this
"is it wrong"? Do you need some more attention?
I felt this because dating has gave me trust issues
the fourteen year olds are back at it again
He’s kinda like Scott from king of Staten Island
I was expecting a really mainstream movie about some sad girl having cancer and being the one to spoil etc. But this movie isn't like that. It's so real, I can't explain it. I really recommend it if still not sure to watch it because it is amazing.
read the book it's good too
It's also not a sappy romance.
the book is amazing
Gripsaw87 I don't remember unfortunately, its been quite a while haha
Gripsaw87 very good question. I tend to think she was stopping treatment as a desperate act of hope that she would somehow get better since the treatment was just making her worse. on the one hand maybe she really was just tired of living in her state and wanted things to end faster. Greg really did believe she would make it though. I'm basing this off the movie btw, haven't read the book yet so I don't know if there are any major differences between the two.
I cant remember the last time a movie made me cry so hard
+Cathrine Jessen Watch this -> One litre of tears....Don't suicide after watching it pls.
aahh this comment made me scared i just finished the book and im about to watch the movie ug wish me luck
+Cathrine Jessen You should watch "the fault in our stars". I dont know if I want to watch another movie like this again.
the faults in our stars is soo sad too
+Cathrine Jessen Me, too! Superficially, the ending isn't that dramatic to begin with!
I will never see a pillow the same way again
+Sylvie Blu "bop"
I learned what to do with them
What part was with the pillow I didn't see it haha 😂🙃
same 😂
+Morgan Kenna the pillow is his imaginary GF
The Fault in our Stars wishes it was as good as this film.
guess that wish came true
Literally It's Izzy lol HARD disagree. This film actually has genuine heart and doesn’t try to romanticize cancer.
@@connorstephens7467 ok maybe its a bit better but like the fault in our stars has more heart and the fault in our stars isn't romanticizing it, it's just putting a genuinely truer touch to it then all the other movies
Literally It's Izzy yeah its sure a heartwarming moment when they make out in Anne Frank’s house. Lolol the main guy is such a pretentious douche.
@@connorstephens7467, he is not and yes that is true but like still it's a pretty good movie
"Why are you treating this girl like she's a burden, because someone actually cares about you. Her life is over after this." Those lines always gets to me!
I was a goth extra in this film for about 6 days and it was one of the best experiences on a film set I've ever had. You can tell people's hearts were in it when making this film. It's gonna be amazing! Hope to see more of me when the movie comes out!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH!!! :D
Matt3756 That's so awesome! It sounds like it was an amazing experience! Thanks for sharing- I love it when people confirm that films like this were made with passion and integrity. :)
Once this comes out, You must tell us who you were! Thats so cool c:
I was in it to, but I was just an "average" hs student. Lame
Nobody cares
Taylor Stekl I do :3
I'm kind of in love with Earl. He deserves more than a Wendy's ending.
Earl is that realness
+Fielani Pohahau "She got them titties" i fucking pissed myself everytime
he's gonna be the blue power ranger!!!!!
+cally emma that's awesome!
+cally emma He's really good in this movie. Can't wait to see him as a Power Ranger.
Warning: the last person to watch this immediately went in to an emotionally unstable state
How the hell did this movie manage to get zero Oscar nominations? Talk about a major disappointment.
+inuyasharules31 oscars and grammys are bullshit. This movie was fucking brilliant.
Because it's cliched
I already made a previous comment -- its main character is a pretentious and pessimistic hipster, which ironically is a cliched personality in indie "style" films (im saying "style" cause it was distributed by Fox Searchlight Pics. which doesn't make it independent). Don't get me wrong, it's a good story.
It was just difficult to watch, not cause of the intensity of the plot, cause within the first 5 mins. it already attempted to imitate Wes Anderson's cinematography (which has been copied by many) -- it distracts us from the socio-economic issues that really matter in this movie like wealth, race, and illness.
Ex/ it is located in 2015 Pennsylvania (iPhones, twerking), though why were the Black people homogenous (talking the same, living in a separate community, violent...) compared to White people who were diversified (even the white guy who "rapped" was deemed as stereotypically violent). And I'm tired of white people and their heightened sophistication cause they eat "foreign" asian cuisine (father, teacher). Do Western people try that hard to be interesting?
+Kylie Coleen T you're correct. Don't let these other commenters change your mind.
Baa 123 You obviously don't know the difference between good films and bad ones. It's not always a matter of opinion to say something is "good" or "bad", especially with film. This wasn't a very good plot for a film, and that isn't an opinion. It's a very snotty and annoying trait that I see within teenagers these days backing up an argument with "duhrururu it's my opinion." Film is something you need to study before I can take you seriously in an argument, and I've already wasted enough time.
People who disliked Fault in Ours Stars would want to watch this. People who liked Fault in Our Stars would absolutely love this if they give it a chance.
People who watched this not only said it is one of the best teen movies ever, but one that will forever be etched into our memories as the new definitive teen film.
Taylor Stekl 92/100 Metacritic currently so if you think it sucks without seeing it then it's on you

Damn this movie for making produce tears. Greg lied to me.
AfroKenny oh hunny he lied to all of us

WARNING: If you hate getting emotional and tearing up, DO NOT watch this movie. Though this is an amazing film, it will have your heart shattered
I watched this movie last night, and seriously my heart still aching until today...and it have been almost 24hours now...shit I dont like this feeling...
'afif Salim I felt the same way!
Katie Guerra about to watch it
Irving Santillan good luck
Haha okay...pretty underrated movie
anyone down to make a remake called "me, earl and the flying squirrel" like they do in the movie?
Great name.
why is this comment at the bottom?
this is cute this should be top comment
Unless you do it in a British accent
my favorite comment on anything ever
For people who haven't seen it...DO NOT GIVE UP ON IT....the first half is very different than the last half. The ending will knock you on your ass.
Your so right man
I am in love with the first half. Genuine awkward humour! Also in love with the second half of course, for different reasons.
This movie is very overlooked and it deserves more attention.
This movie is criminally underrated. It's my favourite coming-of-age film and one of the few films of its genre that is as honest, real, and memorable as it is. Damn, I love it so much!!
Olivia Cooke's being slightly typecasted as these terminally-ill cute girls.
***** Both good and bad. Good because I love seeing her getting new roles. Bad because she has range for other type of characters.
dough1595 I was thinking that too!
dough1595 hasn't it only been 2 roles?
dough1595 better her than shaliene woodley tho
Felix Wilkins To be honest, this looks way better than TFIOS, and I actually enjoyed that.
i just watched 15 mins of the movie and came to say that the dying girl is gorgeous.
she's astonishing
the actor?
+Radi Bear (Radioactive TeddyBear) the actress
+oliver13deft I watched the movie because Olivia Cooke is going to be the lead in Ready Player One movie. Was not dissapointed. :)
+oliver13deft She dies - enjoy the movie
*McCarthy* - _Earl, fact: That lunch . . . is garbage. You're literally poisoning yourself right in front of us_.
*Earl* - _At least I ain't eating no funky ass seaweed-looking tentacle soup_.
oubrioko best dialogue of the whole movie
One of the realest and depressing movies I've seen in a LONG time...
This seems like a better movie than the Fault of Our Stars.
*in you idiot
Taylor Stekl Better call saul?
altec360 Breaking bad?
Taylor Stekl Does it matter that much to you that you felt the need to call me an idiot?
x sadsappysuckr he's a keyboard warrior
This is what makes this movie nice, it's not cliché even if some aspects of the movie are similar to another movie, what makes it unique is that this guy was an incredible friend and never went beyond the boundaries of friendship but it bloomed to something far more than love. He didn't do it for love, he did it for friendship and a movie like this really deserves to be a cult classic. He didn't say anything or confessed anything like a typical chick flick but it was so vivid and clear that this guy really had a thing for her. This movie shows that hope can be received from tragedy.
Greg asking her out to the dance was really obvious. plus, how he always imagines them being a couple even though he hates it but he only thinks he hates it.
@@philippinevlogsandgamingpl7671 That's probably due to hormones and loneliness.
Guys (especially lonely ones) have a habit of "falling for" any girl that gives them consistent attention and/or they can partially relate to.
A such, they get confused feelings of the girl and their imagination goes off. I'm assuming that's what was going on with Greg. And that's why he was against these thoughts.
@@x-man9473 nah, he fancied Maddison. At least his physical attraction was with Maddison, but his heart and soul were absolutely Rachel's; he adored and admired her completely.
This is one of the most underrated movies of the 2010's.
This movie was AMAZING. It was a perfect balance of humor and sadness and is now definitely one of my favorite movies. I personally liked it better than the fault in our stars but I read the book for that and not this. I saw this last week and have thought about it everyday since. It takes a lot for me to want to watch a movie more than once but I could see my self watching this movie a several more times. It's not really a "chick flick" either, I actually think guys would really like this one too, but if you have the chance watch this movie bc you will not be disappointed!!
ALSO THE CASTING WAS AMAZING TOO LIKE LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS PERFECT FOR THEIR ROLE
+Kristen Forbes you're goddamn right, I cried when she died
+Kristen Forbes i literally cried, no joke, cancer themed movies always gets to me
+Kristen Forbes i dont think there is any movie that is ment for girls only i as a guy watch every movies girly or not i think everyone is able to watch them not only girls but this movie was very touching tho loved it
How come in the book they describe Rachel as not good looking but she is actually really pretty
people can be beautiful in the inside once you get to know them
Posters.
I know right !!
Bruhh, she is alright but you should know that physical beauty is subjective to each individual and that true beauty is measured in character. Besides, this film isn't a romance, more of a tragedy.
Cmon bruh uk the answer 😂💀
So his Junior Year of high school, he throws the most massive party of all time for his 17th birthday & burns down half of his neighborhood... In his senior year of high school, he befriends & potentially falls in love with a girl that has Leukemia? Thomas Mann has a very rough life in movies...
Don't forget about his high school life in fun size
he doesn't fall in love
😂
And in college, he takes part in study where he and a few other college students play prisoners and other students play prison guards to see if there's a reason why prisoners hate the guards. Hint: the Stanford prison experiment
and he loses an eye, and then gets a glass eye
This was so sad. It was more heartbreaking than the Fault in Our Stars because its more about friendship than romance.
Okay, I'm laughing & crying at the same time...that's a good thing right?
FVCK YEAH!
I watched this movie a few weeks ago, and it was personally funnier than trainwreck and I was teary eyed alot. Really really good film. More people should see this
I've seen this, but not "Trainwreck", thanks for the heads up:)
That's the same girl from Bates Motel, and she's also dying.
Zenn I know right?? She traded her CF for cancer. I'm glad someone else here noticed :-D
What can I say some people were born to die.......ON CAMERA.
Zenn She also was in The Signal and wasn't dying, just moving across the country. So she has that going for her in the not dying category. lol.
Zenn Maybe she's only good at acting like she's dying
Firstname Lastname That's just harsh man =P
best. movie. ever.
the movie wasn't even that good.
+Roshanda Greene Not the best film ever but it's kinda sad that you can't seem to appreciate it. It's a fantastic film.
i appreciate it and understand its meaning i just wish that the story was told in a more appealing way
I think you haven't watched The Perks Of Being A Wallflower , Interstellar, Prestige , The Dark Knigt, Leon , Fight Club, Silver Linings Playbook , Seven etc... yet
Silver Linings playbook? ha ha ha good one.
Anyone here 2024 🥳😤🫂
"You wanna fight? Didn't think so punk ass cat!"
The song in the 2nd half of the trailer is THE BIG SHIP by master of atmospheric music Brian Eno. Yes. he is the film's composer. Yes, the track is used masterfully in the film. Yes, you will fucking cry.
IIKR! did you hear it in the lovely bones
on some faraway beach too briefly
Johnny Tey i heard it in an Adam curtis film its creepy sad there
Michael Adesina He is just a genius. He had a track called "An Ascent" used in 28 Days Later.
You're wrong, the song is Darude -Sandstorm You're welcome!
this movie doesn't look all that bad, might be a good thing to watch on a Sunday...
now u have 1mil subs XD
how to make sushi
How do I make a sushi?
i will, thanks!
Watching it on a Sunday as we speak.
it's just me or Olivia Cooke looks like a young version of Rose Byrne :O
+Andrew Spud Yep, that's what i thought too.
+Andrew Spud you're not the only one :D
+Andrew Spud ha, i thought they were the same person lol. amazing how similar some of the famous people out there look
+Andrew Spud Yep Yep, she does :)

Sundance Grand Jury Prize
Sundance Audience Award
Should I watch it?
Hernan Cine RT gave it a 100%? Holy shit!
x sadsappysuckr That's probably at this point based on only a few reviews. Around the release date, it should have a more accurate score. But anyway, I suspect it will have a pretty good score, even then. It seems to have gotten pretty favorable reviews thus far.
***** I prefer ripe tomatoes.
It's only because a couple of people watched it at Sundance. Wait until the Theatrical Release.
***** I don't take their reviews under consideration, if I want to see a movie i'm going to see it whether or not it's "rotten." A lot of the reviewers have their heads stuck in their own ass anyway.
Hands down one of the best films I've seen in a very long time. The cast, the story, the script, the cinematography, all very beautiful. Amazing cinema experience.
One of the best movies I have ever seen. The script was well written and every moment of it was captivating. Definitely a movie to see with friends as its awkwardness is hilarious :,)
I cried so much watching this movie and it wasn't because of empowering lines or cheesy anecdotes, it’s just because of the emotion the actors gave.that's a quality a great movie has to have.
This movie is NOTHING like TFIOS. This movie is amazing af.
I'm really excited for this! I loved the book so much and I didn't even know it was being made into a film so this was a lovely surprise!
i felt like I was the only one, i only knew about the movie a couple of minutes ago. I wonder why there is not so much hype around it, it is such a good book
The Fault in Our Stars came out in the same year. I think TFIOS pretty much had the market when it came to "cancer books" that year.
Does she live in the end?
LazyPirate
you have to wait and find out
Jada Bug I'm not gonna watch it i don't like these type of flicks, i just wanna hear how the story ends.
This movie felt raw and real in a way I didn’t expect. It’s like it avoided all of the tropes that glorify dying as a way to “really see the world” for the first time or something, and instead just gave us this kind of situation as it really is, sucky and hard and awkward and painful and everything else. Amazing movie.
i'm so glad i saw the movie first,,not the trailer
1:10 is the best part
NerdyAwesome I've seen it 10k times and it still funny.
I think that's one of the kids from the show "kids react to"
Made me cringe. A better kid actor wouldve made it better.
The song that starts at 1:09 is The Big Ship by Brian Eno. It actually came out quite a long time ago.

How about Armageddon?
I have a friend who was recently diagnosed with leukemia, and it broke me the moment I found out. She is one of the most caring people I’ve ever met, and I’m so glad she’s my friend. This movie broke me then, but it shattered me now.
im so sorry, how is she? hope she recovers 🌷
She dead yet?
hows it goign for her ?
The many times you re-watch this movie, the more specific details you notice. This film already has a space in my heart. I also commend the cinematography!
yeah the fault in our stars was great don't get me wrong but _me and earl_ took my heart, threw it out the window, picked it back up and stitched it together, and then shattered it into a million pieces again. i'll always remember it because it was the first movie that ever made me cry. its eccentricity and uniqueness works its way into your heart and stays there. i love it so much.
this is one of the most beautiful and meaningful movies ever made.
Just finished watching this for maybe the 5th time so far in my life. It’s been a while since the last time. This movie holds a special place in my heart & my memories. I remember when I bought this movie & watching it at my grandmas when I lived with her. So much has happened in my life since then. Some of it was the best of times, some the worst of times. I’ll never get rid of this movie. I can’t explain why I love it. It just has a lot of sentimental value I guess. 🙂
i hate it when people try comparing this to _tfios,_ because in my opinion it’s incomparable. _me and earl_ is compassionate, thoughtful, tender and witty, sad and happy, awkward and pure. it’s a work of art. it’s honest. it tells you the wild and beautiful reality of friendship. to me, _tfios_ was just a rather plain, boring book and a even plainer, more boring movie. _me and earl,_ on the other hand, was a revolutionary wonder. loved it so much ♡
and that's exactly what you're doing comparing them
@@lou-xr5rz
No need for comparison let everyone enjoy what they like
Okay, did anyone else get chills when earl yelled? I feel like this is going to be an amazing movie 😻
Felt like a Wes Anderson movie. Amazing! The soundtrack is also just as great as the film. Although mainstream blockbusters can be great and entertaining, I feel that more people need to step back from those and watch these types of films instead because they give alot more than explosions or superheroes, they give relatable characters and morals, somethings we actually gain from and learn. Very great coming-of-age film. LOVED IT!
i havent cried like thia in ages
THIS LOOKS BRILLIANT

I'm so glad I watched this film before seeing this trailer.
If you're reading this and haven't seen the trailer yet, stop now and take my word for it. The movie is amazing.
the moment he told what happened after 10 hours of her into coma, I cried like a baby. Went straight into shower. That hit me harder then the puberty. After a long time I watched such movie. This movie is just gorgeous & sad.
the girl is so fucking cute.
This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. The writing and the concept is absolutely amazing. So much creativity and love and truth went into this movie. You feel the raw talent and undeniable emotion every secound of the film.
Who's still here in 2024? LOL. I do love the balance of humour and sadness in the movie...
first time in my entire life i felt so much for cancer patients......this happened after seeing the movie.....say it or not.....my rest of life is going to work for them......thanks for making it easy for me to understand the feelings of a dying person and the way to respond Rachel and Greg.......
Dude this movie absolutely rocked my socks off. One of the most underrated movies of all time. An absolute masterpiece. Foreal.
I got to see an early showing of this movie and after seeing the trailer my initial thoughts were "aw cute" and "kind of looks like the fault in our stars" but after watching it I was amazed by how incredible and genius this film really was. No sappy romance story it's all just very real and pure and I could really feel a strong connection between the two main characters (greg & rachel) even more of a connection then I felt with Augustus and Hazel from the fault in our stars. Which is odd b/c there wasn't really any romance between Greg and Rachel but I guess that just goes to show how amazing the character development was in this movie. Everything about it I just loved and its definitely my new favorite movie I couldn't stop thinking about it after I watched it. I also got to meet the actors who played Greg, Rachel, and Earl which was beyond cool. Okay I didn't expect this comment to be so long but what I'm trying to say in a shortened version is I recommend it. Everyone go watch it when it comes out!
This really needs to be on Netflix
"The place beyond pines" and this movie moved me in a overwhelming way . It made me think to the deepest level of my mind and have a different outlook towards life and it's meaning.
Watched this movie on the plane on my way to vacation. Never heard of it before, but it looked interesting. I was pleasantly surprised. There hasn't been a film that's made me cry this much in a while. I adore the style of the film as well. It's just so well executed.
This just become my most anticipated film of the year
Nobody cares
Taylor Stekl I do.
Taylor Stekl Nobody cares that you think nobody cares.Plus you said it like 3 times commenting on this video. Lol you got some issues, but hey nobody cares anyway...not even your parents.
This is the kind of movie that is gonna stick in my head for a while.
What are you doing Thomas? Just throw her a party.
I was in a movie watching spree in my ungraduate summers watched over 200 movies, imdb list, oscars, james bond and what not. After watching that many movies, when people ask me for a movie suggestion I always suggest this.
This is always my no. 1 recommended movie. The location, color grading, story, ending everything.
Earl was really funny he got me crackin up watching the movie lol
I should've seen it coming given the title but I trusted Greg. Wish I didn't.
Could it be? The movie is actually better...that the book?!
I guess so
I've tried reading the book, and I couldn't even make it half way. I have no interest in even opening it up again. But this movie. I could watch it a million times. A movie better than the book... What kind of sorcery is this.
That's what happens when the director actually has their own vision instead of just retelling it exactly, even if it doesn't work in a different form.
Yep.
didn't think it was possible.. I finished the book and it was so morbid and negative. The ending in this movie was 1000x better.
Let's just say that it has arguably one of the most beautiful scene ever written.
OH wow......this movie was a real tear jerker smh. I tried to hide the the tears from my husband, but my voice gave it away lol. "Punk ass cat" lol
I never cry.
With this movie, cried a lot.
Its awesome.
Earl was by far my favorite character. I wish we had gotten more of him. Can this be a tv show? Same Actors and actresses. Seriously, this kind of movie was right up my alley. loved it.
I watched this when i was 8, it's the first movie i ever cried to in my life. It's still one of my top movies.
This might be the most emotional movie I've ever seen.
The details are impressive and it got me think for about a week.
I love TFIOS, but this is something. It deserves it own beautiful fandom.
No, no it does not.
+Calliope Stephanides 'Fandoms' ruin stuff. It deserves a bigger following and better reviews. Fandoms are for the general YA franchises with several books/films.
+Calliope Stephanides Fandoms are stupid, this movie is not.
This movie is one of my most favourite movies I watched after finally watching it yesterday. And God I bawled my eyes out. It was so real and so damn beautiful. If anyone is thinking of watching this, this is your sign to do it!
Literally the best movie I have ever seen. The comedy is on point, and the characters are so relatable. I cant believe it wasnt nominated for the oscars
Just finished reading the book, it was great!
SPOILERS
Who else thought it was sad that earl and Greg stopped making films? Also who thought that Earl was one of the most inspiring characters? XD
Earl is by far the best character
Alleah Boisvert Yes!!!
+angelic cox Did you find the quote "it was the best of times,it was the worst of time,it was life" ironic considering the opening of the book.
Ms. Temporary No I did not find that quote in the book. I've posted that comment a while back, so I don't remember all the intricate details of the book. In general, the overall story was pretty good. I was disappointed with the ending. I felt as if the author didn't put much effort into it. But, I've never read anything like this book.
Excuse my earlier comment. I was very immature.
+angelic cox eestlane või? :D
At this moment I finished the book. I mean it's absolutely amazing. The thing that makes me laugh is that Greg wasn't want do a movie of the book.
I'm from Mexico and I never see this movie on cinemas, well, idk.
I need to watch this movie right now.
(If my grammar sucks, sorry :b)
I was wrong, the movie came to Mexico in June I think. 🙄🙄🎈

i watched this when i was 14 man, such a cast, camerawork and a story. im 21 now and still is in my top ten.
Just saw this on Netflix and it was brilliant. The last 20 minutes of this movie shattered my heart into a million pieces. The cast was brilliant. The movie combines tragedy and comedy is such a perfect way. It's a must see. I loved it so much I will be buying a copy.
Such a good movie - parts will make you laugh (especially any scene with Earl... or Greg's impression of Wener Herzog lol) BUT it will also choke you up, I've never cried so hard while watching a movie. A beautiful movie - makes you appreciate life and the people you love, while they're still here.
