It's super easy to make, and I recommend you pause the video, read the full recipe on the blog, gather all the ingredients, and start baking as soon as possible.
Not only it's a delicious keto pound cake, but it's also beautiful, moist, and buttery.
It's made from scratch, and you probably already have all the ingredients on hand.
Make sure all the eggs are at room temperature and the butter is not hot when mixed in.
This bread doesn't fall apart even if sliced when warm! Allow about 5 minutes to cool and enjoy.

Ingredients:
· 5 medium eggs, room temperature
· 2 cups almond flour
· ¼ cup coconut flour
· 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
· ¼ cup heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
· 1/3 cup Erythritol
· 4 tbsp butter, melted
· 2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: unsweetened chocolate chips
· 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
· 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Hi, I've kind of done this mix but make marble muffins instead. Even making 6, and usin 1/3 cup of erythritol, they don't really taste of anything, very bland. Texture is good cupcake like. Not sure if to try either vanilla or caramel stevia drops to give it something of a taste. ?
I'm trying to figure out how the chocolate chips did not melt in the oven?!
I would add them at the last minute so they won't melt.
This recipe is great! I used natural yogurt instead of cream and three eggs instead of 4, added a little lemon zest and in the end was absolutely delicious ! thanks!

If I don’t have coconut flour I can use almond flour all?
I tried now.
This is the first time in my life I followed ingredients step by step that too by measuring!
For cake, 2 cups almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 4 Tbs melted butter and 1&1/2 teaspoon baking powder with 1/3 sweetener!
But the batter was not pouring like yours so I kept adding little little heavy cream.
I didn’t have vanilla essence at home.
Can you pls tell me what you think went wrong?
I also didn’t see how to bake so put in preheated 450 degrees oven, under baking.
My oven is new and as my son bought for me he didn’t give me manual; it says on top different baking with one baking plus; don’t know what that is; I put in regular bake now am here just looking how it turns out.

This is the only keto ingredients that I saw has little fat like heavy cream or butter, hope it turns fine; I don’t like artificial sweeteners as they are usually bitter; but, will have to do to satisfy my very sweet teeth; I have to reduce those sweets!

I did it today, but I add more whipping cream and butter, so will make more moisture the cake.

But the one in the loaf pan busted on top, you see, I realized I had a small pan.
It’s ok; starters.
The remaining I put in anothe round pan, as there was NOT much left, looks like it turned into biscuit type, again; practice makes perfect!
I am so anxious, that I cut from the loaf pan hot only and tasting now.
Not bad; just sugar less for me!
Again, didn’t know how long to bake for; can you add that also pls?

How to make it half recipe
Hi there!! First of all you'll need a smaller mould or you can use muffin cups. Then, go on the recipe blog post and scroll over the number of slices and scroll back to 7. you can change the measurements from us to metric. Hope this helps 🙏
If I doble the recipe to make a square cake, do you think it will work? Do you think the baking time will increase? Thanks
Yes, you should definitely increase the baking time. You'll know it's ready if a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. hopw this helps.

I will turn to a puffing but make with regular flour, same ingredients and method!
Almond flour I guess is good only in macaroons; that only I used regular sugar!
Or maybe this is the problem, not almond flour but artificial sugar?
