So sad Sergei passed away so young! He was the ultimate male partner and he presented her so tenderly! You could tell the were in love! RIP Sergei. Gone too soon! So thankful Katia was able to move on with her life and that she was there for orecious little Daria!❤️

I'm a skater ..I adore these guys..I just ♥️ this video..and especially at the very end..off the ice..you see that guy kiss Katerina and Sergei looks a little jealous..looks like he says.."o.k."!?? I love that he was soooooo in love with her ..and their daughter looks just like him..and it breaks my heart she can see her daddy on all these clips..but can't have his arms around her 😥 I admire Katerina so much..I can dream to ever be as graceful and talented as her ⛸️💐♥️⛸️

I love watching Ekaterina skating with Sergei but when you add it to Berstein's Maria from West Side Story, it is pure perfection. Unfortunately the guy didn't have the best of voices, but it doesn't stop me from watching them skate!

Траньков с Волосажар хорошая пара, но всё в сравнении не зря Гордеева и Гриньков признаны : Эталоном фигурного катания! Ещё хочу отметить Серёжу ,как удавалось этому парню преподносить на передней план Катю,чтобы всё внимание было к ней,смотрите на мою Катю,а сам как бы оставался на втором плане,при этом какие в его руках красивые выбросы и высокие поддержки на одной руке! Величайшая пара! Светлая Память талантливому и просто красивому парню СЕРГЕЮ!
Ката и Сережа - сама чистота, нежность, бесконечное уважение друг к другу, искренность, любовь и, конечно, профессионализм. Их и сравнить просто не с кем. Они очень далеко и высоко от всех вместе взятых титулованных фигуристов. На все времена!!
Wow......just look at the difference in Katia from one year ago! Absolutely amazing. She has such a beautiful womanly body here. One short year ago she was looking much more like a young girl (in her face) as her body was beginning to change. A f yes, omg, Sergei truly SHINES in this program! We get to see soooo much more of his individual skating and it’s just phenomenal. This music suits them absolutely perfectly, too. I’m still in awe over the transformation of Katia. Both really, but especially Katia. She looks like she gained 20 lbs in the year, yet Sergei STILL lifts her as if she were a tiny feather. Such a thing of pure beauty they were together...💞💞

This skate was around Dec 1991 and Daria was born 9/11/92 ... so she couldn’t have been more than a few weeks along here .. unusual to gain that much in first few weeks. Maybe just the development of her more womanly body. Whatever, I love it and she’s absolutely gorgeous here ! This is one of my top 5 favorite performances of theirs💞

Their daughter was born in September 1991. She could have been conceived then but to say Katya was pregnant during this competition is definitely a stretch ☺
