I can really relate to Thomas in this episode.
Kinda surprised why they couldn't have had this episode as the series finale to Season 8...
Don't tell Thomas is my favorite episode because obviously Thomas is one of my favorite characters and the music and the end scene of Thomas with the Christmas tree and tensile on Thomas.
Robert hartshorne is really doing great work with his musical score for Thomas and friends I hope he keeps this up!
I Like Snow
A strange episode, sure, and Thomas being a bit single-minded isn't terribly interesting... but I think this episode makes up for it with its emotion. It's great that Thomas was so dedicated to clearing the snow for everyone considering we know he doesn't like his snowplough, and the fact that the other engines recognized that and wanted to thank him for it is sweet. The ending where Thomas finally gets the surprise is also sweet. This is the only Christmas episode of Season 8, so yeah maybe it could have been the finale, but oh well. Emily's New Route is a good one.
