And we couldn't agree more about BIGBANG. They are definitely legends in the world of K-pop. 🤩
Yes, those are the Japanese version of 'Bang Bang Bang' and 'Fantastic Baby' and I love that every time they perform in Osaka, 'Boom Shaka Laka' becomes ' O saka saka'. They do that only in Osaka. You notice that they are big in Japan, but how big? I can give you an idea. Up until their 0-10 concert tour, they have sold one million concert tickets at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka. I mean that's one million seats in one venue only, not the whole Japan.
As foreigners, their Japanese are very good. Seungri and Daesung speak very fluently. Seungri joined some variety shows, Dsesung held solo concerts and events without an MC. Taeyang did most of the speaking when they do promotions in Japan. GD and Top's Japanese is not as good as the other members but communicate well.
We're embarrassed to admit that we did not make the "O saka saka" connection! 🤭 Love it!!!
And holy cow!! Seriously? That is amazing. They are truly beloved by VIPs around the world!
If you saw their documentary of any concert they had. You could see that bigbang members themselves arrange everything from the song lists, lightings, arrangements, to the tiny details such as the fonts they are using on the big screen (of course with crew helps). But even on MADE Concert documentary they also said they funds their own concert (not the agency)
The crew said they are very perfectionist. The BB member said it is because they are so well aware a lot of fans save their money for months for their tickets. Also back in those days it is so hard to get tickets, it sold out within minutes. Thats why they always change their song arrangements, one of the reason of course to not dissapoint the fans

They are truly KINGS!!!! That's why their concert tickets sold out in minutes. That hype! No one does it like BIGBANG! Live performance with adlibs that are unique everytime. Love this!!!! Their songs are sooooo good even after years of release its still being played. That's how great Bigbang is.

I am always amazed at how they keep that energy level up through all three of the songs. This was towards the end of the concert as well - they give it everything! Such an incredible performance, such great music! I mean they START with Bang Bang Bang - and still manage to build the performance on from that! So impressed. I love their energy and passion, they always give their best during performances, you can see that they are really enjoy the stage.
ppl always criticised them for not dance synchronously, they did not focus on choreography cuz they wanna have better connections with fans.

I could easily recommend you 30 songs/performances to watch haha, but I'm assuming you have a very lenghty list.
I'm not sure if this song has been requested to you before (not part of the usual recommendations) but if at some point you get time, you could check out/add to the list "Stay - Bigbang" it would be great. It's more of a slow song.. Spoilers, it has a bit of english in it.

SHINee is just as good live as Bigbang but for very different reasons. I recommend all their lives

You should also react to EXO. Another excellent group both with their studio songs and live performances.

Note that Big Bang is praised for breaking way from dancing(especially TOP) but when BP does it, it's lazy lol. YG groups including PSY's few years with them rarely stick to their dance routines because the show becomes more interesting when they free themselves.
