As someone who struggles with autoimmune diseases and can get sick a few times a year (so having to take a lot of sick leaves) - I feel so sad for her💔. I hope she gets better and that opportunities will open up soon. Another thing is, being sick is very expensive, being unemployed on top of this breaks my heart for her. Cell C allowing this is unfair😢.
This sounds painful. I can relate to what she's going through, and I empathize with her pain. I encourage her to focus on intentional healing and to minimize blame towards her employer. No one anticipated the severity of COVID-19, but perhaps it was allowed to happen because she possesses the strength to overcome it. I can feel the pain in her voice, i feel so sorry for her, but why do women have to go through this all the time, women are not protected or prioritised at all
Shoo my Queen Ninja, this really brings me back to my pain 💔 I went through, I also experience what Portia went through, I was lucky, I was medically boarded, my company is paying me, as I am incapacitated, I had so many operations, like hernia, stomach aliment, on liquid for six months, I feel her pain, I wish I could help her somehow, I am praying for her to get help ❤🎉

The company knew about her health problems therefore she was supposed to be considered as an essential worker. If it means pulling up her previous medical records, then so be it. They were negligent and cared less. Secondly, there is a difference between thinking negatively and knowing your current situation, she knows her health problems and therefore she knew the impact covid will have in her life hence she organized meetings with the manager before time.
Owami... i really dont know how you are this strong cause m sitting here listening and crying myself out. May the lord blessed you and give you more strength and prosperity

I am sorry Portia that you suffered due to COVID-19. The companies and some of us as individuals lacked capacity to know how to deal with the outbreak. Forgive everyone for their contribution! The impacts to individuals differed, I hope you heal from this. In my view, the spiritual guidance, whichever you believe in with solve this. Seek spiritual help before you re-consider the legal route. Sending you ❤
My dear Portia not that i am being personal but i am noticing beats on your chest and the burbing and i thought may she is one of us "the called". From my experience what you spoke about is things people with a calling or people who God wants their attention go through. My advice, seek God. Make the bibble your friend, watch sermons and pray. I promise you it takes time but God will heal, guide, and provide for you. He will give you double portions of what you have lost. He did it for me and i know He will do it for you. Once you develop a deep relationship with Him you will see wonders. I speak life, progress and prosperity in your life in Jesus Name. You will live you won't die. God will use you to heal His people. Please be well and gain stregnth and hope.❤

@@mapulastephinah2960 I hope she is open to that idea bcz nam I just wanted to recommend uzifozonke for her weak immune system. Sana comes a time in this lifetime where nature commands its own turn to serve us regardless of ones beliefs. I truly also do recommend the traditional route. Go to Bree taxi rank and ask for an old man who sells traditional medicine, he is from Kwamhlaba uyalingana, he is as old as this life, trust me he will help. Fibroids are nothing kula Tamkhulu, illnesses such as autoimmune are his thing. Plz don't consult, there is no real sangoma who thwasad in Gauteng, these kids are going to destroy you even further!
She won't win this one in court. There's absolutely no way at all to prove that she contracted COVID at the office, especially because she lived with another person and children who could've infected her. The lawyers knew very well they won't win this. As for working from home, even government departments who have the same employer handled it differently. Some departments moved to working from home full time, some moved to rotating staff, and some came back to work full time immediately after lockdown. It sounds like she was born with a vulnerable emmune system, and her disclosure of all those health complications to her employer will be used against her in court, it's a bad idea to tell your employer too much, those people only care about profits and their own promotions. It's disheartening that they're not helping her do the necessary claims so you can live a comfortable life. Get well sisi. ❤❤❤

Hope she gets all the help needed, she’s been through the most Nkosiyami 😮
The burp made me say "wait a minute now... Could it be 🤔", then she explained how she isolates herself and has mood swings. Her issues definitely have an ancestral element to them. Hopefully Dr. Hoti will be able to assist her, if she finally accepts that her issue needs to be resolved through African methods.
Ngwana wa Badimo, look into your spiritual communication, I think your ancestors are trying their level best to tell you something but the massage is not being understood or heard by you, now they are trying to deliver it into your physical experience. That is the reason why your such a fighter.

What a sad and painful story , my sister just know that God loves you and learn to speak positivity into your life. Word of advice when you are a chosen one, we go through the most in life. Pay attention to your calling. Lots of love to you and Owamie
Very unpopular opinion, but i feel strongly that forgiveness is the first step. Let the pain go then everything will fall into place. Don't let this open a door into your soul, it hurts, I know, but ask God for healing. Yes pursue legal route but please heal my sister, because that compensation, when you get it, and you will, but that wound will take more than money, your job, its taking your peace, your joy, your energy. You wont be able to do it yourself, ask God to help you.
Those lawyers had bad intentions from the get go. They know that the 1st point of contact for a labour dispute is the CCMA which is free. Only after conciliation and arbitration has failed does one go to the labour court. Even though they were pursuing a civil case against the company on her behalf they were still supposed to advise on the labour dispute aspect as she had high prospects of success with that one. The retrenchment didn’t follow due processes that is one case she would’ve won.
When people face ongoing struggles, others often give up on them. But I believe we shouldn’t tire of supporting those we love through kind deeds, even when they feel overwhelmed and withdraw - keep loving them, keep pursuing never allow the drift to widen, force them to participate in normal activities so they can escape that mental chokehold. As people on the outside, if we never give up, we can offer hope to those who need it most.
💔💔😭😭 Oooh God 💔💔 mama you are healed speak healing upon you let go of the past i know it's not easy... May God answer for you 😭You are a beautiful lady .... You deserve justice!! My sister 💔💔💔😭😭😭😭

God will answer ur prayers u will get something, and ur still young
The beads gave me the answers I was looking for. 😓 Love and light to her ❤
As a nurse i can relate with hee health issues, but i can alao see unabantu abadala sengathi angakusukumela naloko kuzokwenza umehluko omkhulu kuye, hood luck cc😢
I see that too, she's a very special and powerful someone only if she knew 😢
It's true nabantu abadala bakhona
Maybe contact the ACDP, they were very vocal with regards to such issues. Hopefully you get help. I pray you heal ❤.
She is so well spoken and well articulated. You are holistically healed Portia. Your testimony is coming. God bless you. ❤🙏🏽
Really pray things will get better for sis Portia. Hopefully she’ll find the right legal assistance and win this fight. She really doesn’t deserve this suffering and the financial burden she has to carry. 😢💔
As a Covid survivor i know the physical and emotional pain and fear, 😢😢😢
😢😢😢
I'm also a covid surviver 🙌🙌🙌
Yhooo Owami this lady touched my heart
So heart breaking, can she not ask the specialists to motivate for a medical grant😭😭
she just to request any of Dr's seeing her or social worker to write her a letter for disability grant....she needs to get it......i hope she follow it sooner, she must apply for carer's grant as well
Portia thank you so much for your story, I am so sorry you went through this, you don't deserve it. I pray that God strengthens you and heals you, You've been through too much I can't even begin to imagine what you're going through
You must always speak life and in The Bible God said in his word, that fear is not from God, God have not give us a spirit of fear, 2 Timothy 1:7, but of power and of love and a sound mind. God bless.
Amen 🙏

Sorry my sister for everything that happened to you, I can relate 😭 spasms I'm living with, I'm on a wheelchair 😢
All these illnesses and misfortunes between you and your mom is because of your calling. I pray that you find healing mama 🕯️
I suspected the same especially since she's tried the Western way with no success. I think it's now time to try the African way.
My thoughts exactly
The asthma attacks the random illnesses yohh ke ngwana badimo Shem
All the best with your sassa application... M so sorry that you had to go thru this my Cc ... May the good Lord be with you ❤

I hope this lady gets psychological help, this is a lot! A human can only comprehend a fraction of what this lady went through. ❤love and light my sister
Please
Thank you
how do u know she is not doing that ? she mentioned she will go out to church ? how do u know she is not seeking God
@@tholoanasewpal1370 i said that's my advice dear. And just because people go to church does not mean they have a relationship with God. I was not creating a debate i was just advicing a fellow sister and if she does, she knows that then she will keep on doing it and other things that other ninjas suggested.❤️
What a lovely message ❤
Molweni bethuna 🎉🎉🎉🎉it's the headboy signing in, I hope you all had a great weekend

Covid was hard will also not forget that sms confirming that I was covid positive, I felt like I was carrying the weight of the world in my shoulders.
Thank u for sharing your story I hope all works out for you , wishing all the best😊
Ninja please try it the African way I mean it’s clear that nge slungu things doesn’t come alright. Consult abantabadala cuz it looks like you got a calling 😊
100% agree with you, this has nothing to do with Cell-c as a brand.
Eish! 😢
They could have organised a laptop (work from home) for her since she disclosed her health issues from the beginning
Im hurt😢
Sometimes ancestors 46:49 can block everything if u don't listen or give the attention they can even give u malwetsi wen u go to hospital they don't see anything ,when the time is right they will heal you bona self.get well mama .if u want u money back talk to u ancestors,ba laele ge o tswa pray ,u will see everything will go smooth one day u deserve better.
I don't believe u have epilepsy trust 😩
That man who dished her also contributed in this young ladies fall, you can tell she’s not a strong person. I wish her nothing but the best in life. Whatever she has lost, it will come back double.
This sounds like spiritual attacks.Maybe Dr Hoti's opinion might assist
I thought so too.
Yes ,bec this is too much
😢😢😢 God heal your soul my sister lov you ...i wil keep praying for your health nd get the justice 🙏🙏🙏
Please attend to your ancestral calling. You'll be fine cc.
Thank you Owamie, she needs to apply for disability grant & to be honest she qualify. You can just tell she’s not well she deserves to be helped, I hope & pray sassa or doctor help also she’s really beautiful my God bless her. Hope she gets all the help needed, she’s been through the most Nkosiyami 😮
Hambo thwasa Mama 💔 once you thwasa, you will heal. A lot of the things you are going through is because of your calling
@@MosibudiPhushelaneh even me as a 21 year old I can see that she is gifted 😭 and badimo ba lapisa because you will have so many sicknesses nje
I was about to say that. Portia ke ngwana badimo.

Yooooo wen she had dat episode i actually cried shame 😢😢😢this is painful... But sister pls learn to change ur words and ur thoughts, think and soeak positive. Our tongue can create and destroy you, it breaks my heart to hear how you glorify ur sicknesses..
Shame this lady needs counselling, she needs to work on her mindset, less blame on others, take accountability of continue working knowing and expecting to be sick and dying. She may loose people who are close to her because of all this heavy burdens she is carrying.Modimo a mofodise she needs healing 🤗
Unfortunately my dear i had a lot of responsibilities quitting was not an option... I wish i did but i had a lot of people depending on me
I agree with you Gee 🙏🏽

What a sad and painful story , my sister just know that God loves you and learn to speak positivity into your life. Word of advice when you are a chosen one, we go through the most in life. Pay attention to your calling. Lots of love to you and Owamie
yoooh 😢 I can't people are going through the most Nkosi yami
My sister
