Hej Nicke. Tusind tak for det. Og enig, utrolig smuk "barnvisa". Tak!
Smuk udgave af Harald Bergstedt's digt!
Tak Martin!
The sun is so red mother
And the forest becomes so black
Now the sun is dead mother
And the day has passed away
Wonderfull and beatifull!!
A Nice voice and a warm Piano...
Charlie
Thank you so much Charlie!
Прекрасная песня!!!
det er ikke mig der sidder og tuder, det er dig
I wish I understood the lyrics, but even without that the music and vocal are very nice.
Thanks :)
I know you comment is four years old but here's a rough translation regardless :)
The sun is so red mom,
And the forest becomes so dark (black).
The sun is dead mom,
And the day has passed (away).
The fox is out there mom,
Let's lock our door. (Not quite but the first room you enter in a house)
Come sit at my pillow mom and sing a lullaby.
The sky is so vast, mom
With stars that shine.
Who do you think lives there, mom?
In the starry blue sky?
Do you think there are boys, mom?
Looking down at me?
Do you think they have beds, mom
And sleep just like me?
Why does it become night, mom
With cold and bitter wind?
Listen to the little cat mom, it mews it wants to come in.
The gulls and terns
Have no place to live.
Oh, listen, the stars are singing now,
They sing me to sleep
It's not word for word but that's the gist of it. My mom used to sing it to me and I was so scared of it because the concept of a red dying sun was more than I could handle at four years old :)
@@TheRandomDanishGirl It is a really good translation.
