Two problems need to be addressed by the manufacturer: 1)The display needs to be fixed to show miles per hour not just leave it at kilometers per hour & say it is a design flaw. 2) The charger provided is only a three amp charger. This will not charge a 60 amp lithium battery in 7 to 8 hours as stated on the website. It would take 21.1 hours for a 60amp lithium battery fully discharged. Competitors like Aniioki provide an 8amp charger to alleviate the long charge time for their 60amp battery. Finally the bike needs to be reviewed by independent 3rd party reviewers to get a clearer picture of the bike's performance.
For anyone intersted in this bike they have now changed the KPH tp MPH for UK ruders like myself and you also get the back seat for free.. I cannoty wait until I have saved up enough to buy myself one of these and get it shipped to the UK.
I believe Rumble motors knows what the competition is and what is coming. I did buy the Apex Predator. Both these bikes are awesome in power and just over all great looks. The carbon fiber of the Apex Predator and built in alarm with motor cycle tires and spoke sold me. The controller is impressive on the Predator as well. Room for up grades for a bigger battery. With that in mind, Black warrior still is no joke. It has power for the specks they are giving.

Would be nice if there's signal lights in front just like the rev 1 ebike. If it has that, i'm definitely choosing this over rev1 for sure. Also i think the seat(one piece long seat) should be extended all the way to the end so taller people have leg room to pedal
I feel if it had a longer style cafe seat than it does now it would look better yet, that small seat on the rear looks like a afterthought in my opinion.
Sounds a lot like the new series of moped style bikes coming out. I will say the bike design is pretty sweet. Not sure about the comment of smooth take off. It sounds like it might be missing some torque. Slow take offs are not a good thing. Wonder how it will handle going up steep hills. Good over all ebike design. Look forward to seeing more reviews on this ebike.
Hello, concerning the acceleration of the bicycle, it was a bit challenging to strike a balance during our design phase because overly quick acceleration can impact the bike's range. Therefore, we've implemented a small design feature-a connector on the controller. Once connected, the acceleration will be twice as fast, but, of course, it will affect the overall range. After everyone receives their bicycles, I'll create a video tutorial explaining how to use this feature.

I am at 7: 23 into the video. I still haven't gotten any information on the bike yet. Okay you're explained the concept behind shocks, which is kind of weird since I think we all know what shocks do. You haven't told us what kind of shocks they are, how they adjust or if they adjust etc. you've also told us that you chose fat tires not just for looks but because they work good. Still haven't told us what size tires. Furthermore the voice that you got to narrate this video is a big red flag. This voice is being used on at least 25% of the generic filler videos on UA-cam, If you have ever watched those stories about how wolves and bears save people that were nice to them 10 years after they meet them in The Forest of Siberia. Typically the story can be told in all of 2 minutes but because of how money is generated on UA-cam, the longer the video and the longer you keep people watching, the more money is potentially made by the video maker. As soon as I hear this guy's voice on a video I typically skip the video. You really need to get this bike reviewed by someone that knows how to review. Citizen cycle for instance.
I'm saving up for the ET-7, but your next bike should be a scrambler style with dual rear suspension like this and the big tires. All the scrambler styles ebikes out there are ugly and have small batteries. But if you built an all black scrambler with your big battery, it would make a fine pair with a black warrior.

It is however a regular mountain bike so it gets less scrutiny than this type of bike. you should be ok if you don't drive like an idiot trying to impress the police with how fast you can go. ;-)
Only if the controller allows for field weakening. Then you could get close to that speed. My X Class 52v setup can freewheel spin up to 53mph. I'm 260lbs and I hit 45 with full charge. That's with 60 amp controller and field weakening set to the max.
I need to know the weight of the bike. I am interested in the bike. But if the bike speed is 40 mph, what was the weight of the rider. The reason I ask is because the person weight has to be taken into account also. If you're a heavy rider, the speed is going to be less than 40 mph. So if you run out of battery, it is harder to pedal. The bike needs a better motor. I would buy the bike because the frame looks solid, but I upgrade the motor and bigger battery.

Hired one of these. They're terrible for pedalling because they are too low and your knees come up to high. Means you can't get good purchase on the pedals. Good for the flat riding like a motorbike, terrible for hills. Just terrible.
That’s actually the whole intention. It’s not ment to pedal of course unless really needed. But it completely changes the legal position of this bike as in many countries it becomes a regular ebike
Bike does not come with a manual at all. Especially not english. No information on tyre pressures and they come spongy. I rode over my driveway not the gutter met with a huge bang and jar definitely not smooth and oil came out the top of the forks. Bought off Aliexpress after they take your money don't expect any help bike is still locked at 25kph and can't work out how to unlock it. On this setting it struggles to go up a slight hill quickly. Not sure if I'd trust the bikes brakes at top speed either. It is nice looking has cool features. Things need to come with english instructions if your going to market something internationally at least provide that. Mine came with a 6amp charger. If anyone knows how to unlock feel free to reply please.

Hello, in order to comply with the diverse regulations across the states in the United States, the Black Warrior has implemented speed limits. If local regulations mandate speed restrictions, they will be retained; however, if no such requirements exist, speed limits can be lifted, and the speed will match that of the video.
Off road or private property? Are you from Europe or something? In the states this is a class 3 bike and it's road legal if you're an adult. Just stay on the side of the road or in bike lanes and don't go over 30MPH infront of the police. You'll be fine.

Anything over that and the bike doesn't qualify under the law for special treatment. it is just a two wheeled motor vehicle and most likely will be classified as a moped or motorcycle...both of which require registration, p.ating or ID, insurance and possibly a motorcycle license. If you don't have those you cannot drive the vehicle on public roads. Your comment about getting caught by police all but proves you also believe the vehicle as is, is illegal to drive on shared public roads.

How could this possibly go 45mph with a 48 volt battery and a 40 amp controller? Maybe if you're going down a hill or if you spin the motor unloaded.
Foreal I do not know any 48v that can hit 45 mph.
Only if the controller allows for field weakening. Then you could get close to that speed. My X Class 52v setup can freewheel spin up to 53mph. I'm 260lbs and I hit 45 with full charge. That's with 60 amp controller and field weakening set to the max.
Bac controller and 1500w motor you can do it, they sell aftermarket super73 controllers with close specs

I need to know the weight of the bike. I am interested in the bike. But if the bike speed is 40 mph, what was the weight of the rider. The reason I ask is because the person weight has to be taken into account also. If you're a heavy rider, the speed is going to be less than 40 mph. So if you run out of battery, it is harder to pedal. The bike needs a better motor. I would buy the bike because the frame looks solid, but I upgrade the motor and bigger battery.

I agree a 48v battery with a 1500-watt motor won't go near 40mph . It's all hype.

Hired one of these. They're terrible for pedalling because they are too low and your knees come up to high. Means you can't get good purchase on the pedals. Good for the flat riding like a motorbike, terrible for hills. Just terrible.
That’s actually the whole intention. It’s not ment to pedal of course unless really needed. But it completely changes the legal position of this bike as in many countries it becomes a regular ebike
I have one. My inseam is 28" and its perfectly fine to pedal.
Bike does not come with a manual at all. Especially not english. No information on tyre pressures and they come spongy. I rode over my driveway not the gutter met with a huge bang and jar definitely not smooth and oil came out the top of the forks. Bought off Aliexpress after they take your money don't expect any help bike is still locked at 25kph and can't work out how to unlock it. On this setting it struggles to go up a slight hill quickly. Not sure if I'd trust the bikes brakes at top speed either. It is nice looking has cool features. Things need to come with english instructions if your going to market something internationally at least provide that. Mine came with a 6amp charger.
If anyone knows how to unlock feel free to reply please.

If local regulations mandate speed restrictions, they will be retained; however, if no such requirements exist, speed limits can be lifted, and the speed will match that of the video.
@WalfiskEbike as far as I know there are no speed limits on ebikes anywhere in the US, only motor limits.

Off road or private property? Are you from Europe or something? In the states this is a class 3 bike and it's road legal if you're an adult. Just stay on the side of the road or in bike lanes and don't go over 30MPH infront of the police. You'll be fine.
@h.b.hatecraft953 whatever you say Jeff spicoli. Most states limit Class 1,2 and 3 ebikes to 750w and 6 at 1000. Anything over that and the bike doesn't qualify under the law for special treatment. it is just a two wheeled motor vehicle and most likely will be classified as a moped or motorcycle...both of which require registration, p.ating or ID, insurance and possibly a motorcycle license. If you don't have those you cannot drive the vehicle on public roads. Your comment about getting caught by police all but proves you also believe the vehicle as is, is illegal to drive on shared public roads.
