  • Here's the Recipe:
    1kg of Julienne Yam Bean ( Sengkuang )
    200g of Julienne Carrot
    5 Tbsp. of Dried Small Shrimps ( Wash & Soak )
    3 Tbsp. of Chopped Garlic
    2 Tbsp. of Sugar
    2 Tsp. of Chicken Stock Powder
    ½ Tsp. of Salt
    2-3 Tbsp. of Cooking Oil
    18-20 Pieces of Spring Roll Sheets ( 215mm × 215mm )
    Cooking Oil ( Enough for Deep-frying)
    3 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
    6-7 Tbsp. of Water

      Thanks for commenting !
      The purpose of the flour batter is to seal up the spring rolls
      so they won't open when we fry. Please kindly refer to video at minutes 3.05 and you will see the process of doing.

      Sir, it is Vegetable Spring Rolls not Vegetarian Spring Rolls. You can omit the shrimps if you are a vegetarian.
