Thanks! To be honest, I don’t have the full story on this banjo. Metal definitely isn’t original, but I’m unsure of the make or era - I’m assuming somewhat modern, maybe 80’s’s/90’s? The original owner unfortunately passed, so I may never know for sure…. Ultimately it’s a just another parts banjos i guess, but the neck and “engine” seem to be solid bits unto themselves. I originally posted this as a “for sale” video on banjo hangout, but then… ya know… seller’s remorse, not quite ready to let it go yet lol.
I had a short chance to try out a conversion KK-10 and it was awesome for sure. Really nice tone! Ya never know - may find its way back home again at some point!

I get it man. I sold my KK-10 a few weeks back and have been sick I sold it ever since.
