Women like cowboys because they are manly men, who do manly things in manly ways. They are strong and tough, but they are generally gentlemanly, respect their parents, especially their moms, and treat women with respect. At least that is the vibe. Of course, they are not all like this. If they are farmers or ranchers, they know how build things and fix things and they are not afraid of hard work. That is why we like them.
Toby had heart, soul, pride, and patriotism like few others, and I haven't heard Country hilarity like his since Ray Stevens in the '80's. I hope there's still some laughter out there to go with the tears.
You HAVE to do more Toby! Some of his stuff is hysterical and others stuff just hits you in the heart. As to the cowboy image, they are not the bad boys but rather known for the hard work ethic combined with love of family and country that appeals so much to people.
Oh my heart RIP my favorite cowboy! Huge fan for more than 30 years. I’m sad the music stopped. He has some really great tunes and videos and YES he had an awesome sense of humor! Bad boys come in every culture btw.😎✌🏻
I dated a bull-rider cowboy named Butch in Denver who was sweet as could be, and made the mistake of going out in Texas with a cowboy named Bobby Joe who, no matter what bar we went to, had to start a fight. Check out Toby's "I Love this Bar" for some more of his talent and fun.
One of the greatest men ever. Songs, I'll Never Smoke Weed With Willie Again. How Do You Like Me Now. Red Solo Cup. Trailerhood. We Were In Love. Who's That Man. Wish I Didn't Know Now. He Ain't Worth Missing. My very favorite he wrote after 9-11. Courtesy of the Red White and Blue.
Toby was the greatest - check out: I Love This Bar, I Wanna Talk About Me, Red Solo Cup, and Courtesy of The Red, White, and Blue (The Angry American) ❤❤❤
Yes, some cowboys are indeed “bad boys”, especially the rodeo cowboys. Listen to “Mamas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys” by Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings and “Amarillo By Morning “ by George Strait. But, that is certainly not universally true. Despite a lyric or two in the song “Amarillo By Morning”, even though George Strait is a rodeo cowboy and rancher, he married his childhood sweetheart and remains married to her.
Toby Keith was a legend! But he was such a good guy - helped kids with cancer, did so much for our soldiers! Check out Courtesy of the red, white and blue, The Taliban Song (you need your sense of humor), his ballad Cryin for me (Wayman’s Song) is a beautiful tribute to his friend Wayman Tisdale
You must react to another Toby Keith song called 'Trailer Hood'. I'm certain that you'll love it! No, not all Cowboys are "bad boys", some are just 'good ol' boys with big hearts and MANNERS.
@AceTheHeart from what I’ve noticed, they haven’t been blocking Toby’s videos since he passed away. And not Cowboys aren’t like that. They are polite and most are just plain sexy lol 😝
No, a cowboy is not just a bad boy, they are also the good boy. The reality is, a cowboy just describes someone that worked on ranches for a living. Think shepherds in biblical terms. They are the strong men, the people that work with their whole body so know how to use it, the people that are physically strong. So, if you get a cowboy, you get half of the good man guarantee. A good man is a strong man that can be a monster when he has to be, but isn't most of the time. So, a cowboy is a shortcut to narrowing the pool of men from the bad boys the strong boys and the good boys, the three types of men.
Yes in the Wild West days outlaws would look like a “cowboy”. Any hard working labor would look the same. Which would be todays gangs, criminals, construction workers, coal miners, etc. Unless you lived in a big city or a businessman in town. You would probably look like the stereotypical cowboy. But that look was based on the region and time period. Not so much what they did. Looking that way didn’t make you a outlaw. But it meant you likely wasn’t a banker lol.
Love your reaction.. too funny.. This song is all about Toby making fun of getting older and you have to know.. Toby was like 6'4.. he was a big man.. so this other guy in the video had to be Shak size lol.. RIP Toby.. love you
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE TOBY KEITH.❤❤❤❤

Amen! You hit the nail on the head.
And.. They look good in those faded jeans and if you are lucky, the chaps :) and a good hat. Also they are kind to their animals.
What you said.
