This hurts in a way that I enjoy. You can really feel the emotions of that tragic moment.
Четырнадцать минут до старта (14 minutes to start) but you're the cosmonaut of Soyuz 1
If I had known there would be 'Calm Night' playing in this video I would've clicked even earlier, simply magnificent.
"I told you, I told you I'd take you to Moscow someday, didn't I?"
They lower my paycheck,I lower the coolant to the nuclear reactor
"It'll restabilize, it's under control!"
I always knew this song somehow connected to Chernobyl some magical way. Congratulations
KINO
"Your path has come near the end, come...to me...."
"where are you going ?"
"to....the north...."
"Some do not learn anything, and they do not want to learn. Have you seen enough of the american movie that their roof is ripped off by greed? You tell him about anomalies, he tells you about swag... They don’t want to think about anything, except money, until they scatter the intestines over the branches."
Atmosphere so cool, man. Thanks for content
Fun fact, Chernobyl is the Russian spelling while Chornobyl is the Ukrainian variant.
You're right, Chernobyl is also how we typically spell it in English, just like Kyiv and Kiev
In Swedish it’s sometimes rendered “tjernobyl”
@@jrmungandr I learned something new
@@jrmungandr *Over here in Finland it's "Tšernobyl".*
Waltzing Matilda but your on the Kokoda trail and your Owens empty
This is truly your best one yet. solid 3.6/15000. keep up the wonderful work
“What is the cost of lies? It's not that we confuse it with the truth, the real danger is if we hear enough lies, we don't recognize the truth at all.”
"Again the howl of a siren wakes us up,
Or maybe Chernobyl bells?
To save life trapped in fire,
One must sleep by the phone,
We are covered in soot and smoke like devils,
Soaked in foam and fumes,
But the battle with the orange death has been won,
Which means the day has not been lived in vain
From the fiery ashes, from the fiery hell,
We returned again,
To uncharred ground,
You and I, brother, do not need another fate,
Probably our destinies lie together in the fire"
-Lyrics excerpt to "Brother", song of the Soviet Fire Service
This is raw as shit, thanks for sharing

Жутко слышать... Вечная память людям отдавшим жизнь и здоровье закрывавшим собой эту смерть ...

"I wish I was in Dixie" but Richmond is burning.
Spokoynaya Noch' means "Calm Night", which is ironic because this was anything but a calm night.
Just seeing the burning, open reactor gives me the chills especially to how much roentgen the firemen were exposed without proper equipment...
the last legion [or really any roman song] but your in the 14th legion seemingly hopelessly outnumbered against boudica at wattling street
3.6 roentgen, not great not terrible
Green Day - "Brain Stew" but you're inside an M1 Abrams at the Battle of Fallujah, 2004.
Three choppers over Mozdok but your Mi-24 just got a hit from a MANPADS
I got one, Buffalo Springfields "For What it's Worth" but you're in a Vietnam POW camp
A calm one, especially since winter is coming, and also non-military - It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas but your school just got out for winter break
Day 2 of "Ride of the Valkyries" but you're a Lancaster pilot on the way to Berlin"

"When the man comes around" put your a branch divinian and the ATF just showed up at your church
This hits different now that Chernobyl is a combat zone. I mean I know there isn’t any active combat in Chernobyl, but last I heard of it areas in and around the plant, which the Russians occupy, were being fired on by Russian artillery. Not to mention the other nuclear power plant near Kherson that was attacked. The day I heard that Chernobyl was taken by the Russians, was just sad. As well as hearing the Antonov An 225 being destroyed, which was the largest plane ever built. Two remarkable pieces of history, yet both gone in a day.
Slava Ukraini

The Chernobyl plant isn't gone lol. It still exists perfectly fine.
I know that, I just mean in the hands of the Russians, not actually gone
It's more safe than in the hands of Azov Battalion. Slava Rossiya!
@@lua_canuto it was not safe for ruZZian soldiers, who slept in "red forest". These soldiers did not hear about radiation contamination. LOL. And now these soldiers are in Homel, Belarus. Many of them. In hospitals. Soon they will be in hell :)
If you ever want to do another crusader themed video, you could use Palastinalied, it's a German chant accompanied by Halo-esque war drums. It would be perfect.
We didn't start the fire but you're watching the soviet union slowly collapse
This event will always enrage me to no end.
"In The Mood" by Glen Miller but you, are a navy sailor on the USS Arizona deck, but japanese planes came out of nowhere and started to attack the port
