15:52 this is THE game that caught my attention in this whole list, wow it's sooo beautiful. Kinda looks like Breath of the wild too, and that music was really nice.

I just hope the battery can last a minimum of 4 hours and there is a way to show what you are playing on a screen for those around you to watch.
A major thing holding me back from entering VR was the need for a powerful PC. But this opens up VR for thousands of us who dont want to buy a PC and a VR headset!! Millions more will come online!

I have psvr and I’m really excited to get my quest the psvr really does not cut it for it just has bad tracking and the fact that it doesn’t have a 360 camera really annoys me
Hope VRchat comes to the quest so some of my family and friends can come in on the cheap

Really wish VRChat is going to make a Quest port (with limitations) if possible.
@i like trees I am sure Rec Room will, but with VRChat I did say limitations, meaning a mobile version of it that only allow the optimized models and worlds, which the community can help to moderate because for as long as I can remember, the community really enjoys being part of the game and despises crash models.
Rec room is not similar to vrchat in any way other then it's multiplayer and in that respect many games are. Rec room sucks and is full of little kids vr chat is also but atleast it looks wayyy better and u can customize more. Rec room will play on anything it isn't intense at all
@@kuuhaku1168 I agree ibsay that about a lot then these ppl who dont even develop games say oh it won't be , any game and i mean any game can be ported to the quest or psvr if optimized correctly, fallout vr could be if they would lower some things limit shadows and all those not needed extras yes devs could port vr chat over hardest thing about it on pc is the tracking which takes most of the resources quest supposedly takes care of that
@@SonicBlue To be fair, I see way less kids in VRChat and I wouldn't say it is very kids-friendly either. VRChat would need better moderation if they do want funding from larger companies or even optimize it enough for mobile platforms. If they do, then they could sell it for $9.99 a copy like a VR version of GMod.

I never argued they are not similar, but the approach that both organizations went for were different and a decisive factor in player count and flexibility of the worlds. They are built on a similar concept, but there are way more customization options for VRChat than Rec Room because there are no limitations (literally). People don't even bother keeping their avatars under 20k polys like the moderation team asked (not that it is a problem), but some of those models also have a lot of other assets that actually impacts the performance of the game.

Yes you can but there is only 64/128 GB and you cant add SD cards or any additional memory
..so far I'm feeling 'Bigscreen', 'Dead and Buried' if pvp is active..'Robo Recall' is fine, but I'm over campaigns, I want pvp..they've gotta figure out Pavlov, Contractors..
I've been following VR for a while now but the Quest will be my very first VR Headset (cause i'm broke)-- I can't wait!

I just want higher res and better performance with that remote desktop app that we loved from the Oculus Go( Big Screen) . Also the ability to use the big screen app or a native app to stream our existing content from either phone or computer to play games that aren't supported by VR but can be played in Flat mode.

This is bringing me to the VR world and I’m excited. I would get the oculus rift but I disliked having the cord as well as needing sensors put up around my room. I was waiting for something like this

functionality/latency of alvr/riftcat will make or break this headset for me. I love the wireless/console approach but this headset isn't powerful enough to play some amazing AAA games that I also want to play. Game streaming would be awesome.
ALVR works great on GO/GearVR, but lacks the 6DOF. I can't imagine Quest being anything but better experience. Exciting times.
Streaming won’t work motion sickness due to latency
@@Jenkers-li4dm streaming worked fine on gear vr with riftcat 2 years ago when I used gear vr. So that's 2 years of improvements plus I heard alvr works better

Definitely Nostos is the game we need to look at, vrmmorpg open world, survivor is basically everything we dreamed, I want something like that since the first episode of Sword Art online, is the main reason to buy my vr

@@jeandenishaas That's important. You shouldn't put your headset in direct sunlight as it will permanently damage the lenses.

When Oculus Quest will show up I will definitely buy it(first I need to save up 399$😃). my pc isnt able to run a lot of VR games and the rift itself takes some time to setup. Oculus Quest is really awesome and its portable. i never thought these kinds of cool games will be added in the Quest and I really wanted to know what games will be available. I've been wanting a VR system since videos of people playing with the original Oculus Rift came out years ago. Due to pricing and not having any type of PC setup I haven't been able to get one. But I think I'm going to be ordering an Oculus Quest soon!

There names are Angry Birds, Brass Tactics, Fruit Ninja, Jigsaw, Shadow Legend, Thrill of the Fight, and Wands. I was a little surprised to not see Rec Room on the list. They have hinted they will be on the list a few times on their Q&A videos. I am sure you (Nathie) are already aware of this seeing as you have an arcade room dedicated to you on their platform. Perhaps you have some insider knowledge? ;)
