The current BJP Government has made all possible attempts to correct the flaws of earlier Central Governments like securing the fishermen, promoting Tamil and its culture, Conducting exams in regional languages, promoting basic education in regional languages, gibing key cabinets to people of Tamil origin like Mr.Jaishankar and Mrs.Nirmala Seetharaman.
Most importantly the rehabilitation measures taken by Indian government for Srilankan Tamils are so remarkable that BJP would even win elections in Noth Srilanka!
But the local dravidian parties who were enjoying the absence of a national party for decades together are putting almost attempts to hide the facts from people, particularly from the major mass who still rely on TV news and only watch the local party owned news channels like 'Sun TV'.

The only issue is that the word "Tamil" and the word "Tamil Nadu" are not synonymous. A regional issue shouldn't be represented as the issue of an ethnicity. In any case Tamil is way beyond Tamil Nadu and Tamils outside TN have very different viewpoints on various things. We should be mindful not to impose an ideology and link it to an ethnicity, language, region, religion or culture.
As a Sri Lankan Tamil, justice has not yet been done for the loss of lives of our people. Behind every family of Tamils in Sri Lanka, there is the pain of losing a brother, father, mother, sister, daughter or son. Even in my family, my uncle's family has been killed and disappeared. Our people suffered all the hardships that could not be experienced in life due to the war. The people who joined as fighters did not get a single salary or wage to work, instead they gave their lives against the oppression of the Tamils. Even if we go to worship in our Shiva temples, they will oppress us saying that it is a Buddhist temple. They are still occupying our people's land in the name of military security. Even if our people ask for a state government like the state government in India, they will not give it but they will give permission to other provinces. There are Sinhalese people who saved the Tamil people during the war but they punished them even during the war. We Tamils are Shiva devotees. Even the Tamil people who later converted to other religions did not give up that culture. Some people say that we are Saivas and not Hindus. Saivism is our religious belief and Hinduism is the unity of our cults. Whether we are a Saivite, a Vaishnava or a worshipper of the Goddess, our worship and beliefs are the same, we believe in birth, death, karma and dharma. Hindus are the unity of people who are like our worship to protect ourselves from other foreign powers. We are Hindus. Om Namah Shivaya. Om Saravanabhava. Om Ganapathi namaha. There is this understanding among the Tamil people in Sri Lanka, but instead of letting the Indian Tamil people understand this, the politicians are working in the trust of foreign powers. We Sri Lankan Tamils see and worship even Buddha as a Hindu. But the majority of the Sinhalese people are looting the Hindu faith of the Tamil people. Next, religious people in the guise of peaceful society are also exploiting us for conversions and a web of female love. The lives of our people are going to be ruined for the injustice done to our people and with the same hope that we will get a solution, I too live in this beautiful country of my heart near the great country of India.

Even if our people ask for a state government like the state government in India, they will not give it but they will give permission to other provinces. There are Sinhalese people who saved the Tamil people during the war but they punished them even during the war. We Tamils are Shiva devotees. Even the Tamil people who later converted to other religions did not give up that culture. Some people say that we are Saivas and not Hindus. Saivism is our religious belief and Hinduism is the unity of our cults. Whether we are a Saivite, a Vaishnava or a worshipper of the Goddess, our worship and beliefs are the same, we believe in birth, death, karma and dharma. Hindus are the unity of people who are like our worship to protect ourselves from other foreign powers. We are Hindus. Om Namah Shivaya. Om Saravanabhava. Om Ganapathi namaha. There is this understanding among the Tamil people in Sri Lanka, but instead of letting the Indian Tamil people understand this, the politicians are working in the trust of foreign powers. We Sri Lankan Tamils see and worship even Buddha as a Hindu. But the majority of the Sinhalese people are looting the Hindu faith of the Tamil people. Next, religious people in the guise of peaceful society are also exploiting us for conversions and a web of female love. The lives of our people are going to be ruined for the injustice done to our people and with the same hope that we will get a solution, I too live in this beautiful country of my heart near the great country of India.

Incidents may happen and will happen. But compare modiji's rule with Congress' rule. Be unbiased and think. Can you prove that no unwanted things had happened in those days. So so so many rapes happened. So many culprits had escaped successfully by bribing...so much corruption had been happening one after the other. So much internal crisis had happened...and so on. There is no simple list for nonsensical incidents.

As a tamil and not living in India , never grew up in India i am ashamed that people in this country both north and south people still have this idea that Hindu and Tamil are different. Hindu is a name given to all of us because we all came from the indus valley. At the end of the day we all worship one Shiva , the tamil saints had given us so much knowledge on the understanding of God and how free our culture. Irrespective of whether your north or south we should be worried about india's climate , rape rate i feel ashamed as indian outside india to here people talking about our rape rate yet our culture recognizes the feminine divine of Gurudeyvam or MahaBrahman (God) and our men are not learning from it. We are one with many diverse roots. Lets stop this western concept of creating so many seperate sections and dividing ourselves. I will proudly say i am a thamizh(my blood) hindu(my land).
