Very nice video. One thing I found annoying though was the ding noise. Turned me off from the video. Also the pace was a bit slow for me. Other than that though I can't complain. Good work!
Weird how you didn't use propers amounts of items like spruce slabs and stairs and placed down items that were not listed such as the furnace and stonecutter in the interior section. That's really my only critique but it is quite annoying when you bring a shulker of all of the items out and then have to go back just to get the ones that weren't listed.
I need to ask the builders something, why almost all the builders like spruce wood? It's kinda hard to find and there oak log everywhere so why not use oak wood?

Tbh, id give you a little design update. You should add the bottom, as blocks, to then place slabs under it, to make a boat figure.
