Actually I am making a project on vibration sensor using arduino where we will be monitoring the vibrations of the machine and detect if it is vibrating above it's limited value.It would certainly be good if you gave a little advice .Is there a requirement of nodemcu if I need to display output on screen or that purpose is solved by the output window of Arduino IDE ?

Do you think this would be applicable. I'm not much of an electronics expert, but I can see how this could possibly work. Though I'd rather be able to read a numeric value for the vibration than just a led signal lamp.
you have different options, you can use this sensor, you can also use a piezo sensor, and you can also use mpu6050. But first you can try this one. its a low cost sensor, you should give it a try.
you can change measurement > 50 to measurement > 200 it depends on the sensitivity that you need so keep changing the number until it is too high for you then lower it slightly.

it will make a delay for 50 millisecond between each time to apply the vibration(); meaning: the function vibration will feed arduino with vibration reads every 50 millisecond to display the events on serial
The you will have to invlove microprocessor as well. You will also make a computer application. Select something that you can make using only arduino and other circuits

it is only used to monitor the physical vibration.

Ya it can be done. Once you detect the vibration then you can do anything.

Hz is unit of frequency. Unit of vibration is mm/sec.
