I understand this. My husband and I only have 30 pounds for food to last a month. You end up making everything stretch . It's hard, thanks for raising awareness of this.

was easy done spend £5 for food to last 3 days shoping in Britain before virus , it about shoping smart,
iceland used have 2 box's of 10 eggs for £2.00
pound shop small portion heinz beans 40p or 4 for £1 or some like that,
then buy cheap bread, porridge, yoghurts, veg, fruit from aldi or lidl
Easy when you buy really cheap food you can get pasta for 20p etc
No meat then? 😢
