      So if your having a party at your house/apartment you should adjust the temp to make it feel a bit too cold before all your guest arrive to help your HVAC system keep up.

    • @meinnase
      @meinnase 4 роки тому

      @@Jay-st6sl You wouldnt call a heatpipe "water cooling" either. All "cooling" we do is moving heat from one place to another, aslong as the medium we use to transfer the heat is water you *could* call it water cooling, but the big heat transfer effect in sweating is the large amount of energy absorbed by water as it shifts from liquid to gas state which then also allows the heat to actually be transferred away from your body.
      But pc watercooling doesnt evaporated the water and it doesnt use convection to carry the heat energy away, it uses a pump. Id be much more willing to call taking a cold shower watercooling then sweating 😂

      A mesh back chair might make a huge difference, but very few chairs with a mesh seat are comfortable.
      You want a ventilated *car* seat. You don't get the benefit of AC that you would get if it was still in the car (and designed with an AC vent bellow the seat).
      What you do get is airflow. And if you've ever had to stand next to your setup after sitting for hours, waving your pelvis around to stop you buttocks from melting, you know why.
      Sweating is very useful, but if the skin covered in sweat isn't getting any airflow then it just feels like getting cooked alive sous vide style.

    great idea, adding more watts to the room, with that peltier, with the supposed room temp of 34-36ºC ...
    easier way, just buy a chair with mesh on back and bottom, and add 1 fan on each.
