Not trying to be a hater at all just hand out a suggestion, it seems like both of you engage your hips at the same exact time as the upper body and this cancels all the lower body power out of your throw, try reaching back a little lagged from when you usually do and allow the hip rotation to press the green light through the arm to come forward. Bascially the goal should be you upper body lagging behind your hips just slightly.
This is probably the best comment I’ve seen so far. This video and recently I’ve been struggling with form like as if I forgot how to throw so I’m just trying to get it back together. This is good stuff. Right now I’m trying to fix my arm placement because it’s just so bad. Honestly feel free to add tips whenever because I ain’t no pro and you approached it in an encouraging way.

Was it hard to get it when it dropped or were you just late to the drop? I’m just curious how other people might have experienced this release

Yeah I agree. And like specific runs are the good ones but they are always the hard ones to find. Like make more please lol
