Hello, I currently know HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React. My goal is to become a cloud engineer. I don't live in America. If I complete the cloud roadmap, can I find a remote job with no experience? Because job opportunities in my country are limited.
No, I don't think so anymore. Preference is for American workers living in the country and preferably living within the same location where the company is located, not outsourced.
