- Chair Fitness Aerobics Workout is a low impact seated exercise for people with limited mobility who need to be seated while they exercise. The intensity level for this workout is low. This is great for beginners, baby boomers, seniors and everyone else. The exercise moves consist of marches, step touches, some seated dance moves and seated abs. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising.

Good full-body combo. Thirty minutes went by quickly. Switched up a few of the moves by making them tad more interesting. Always add some cha-cha-chas to the Mambo, quick feet with Jerk, alternate each V step to challenge the gray matter, etc. Thanks for another fun vid!

I am sitting here with my back broke in three places, my right hand is broken with a cast on it. My left hand is almost completely useless. I turn 70 in July and I’m wondering how I will ever get into any kind of shape when the doctor tells me that I can start easing into exercise. I just did a search on you tube and I found you. I hope to be able to start doing something in a few weeks and I will be back. You might just be what saves my life. Your enthusiasm and joy are going to save me. In fact, just watching you is starting to help my attitude. Thank you sir for your enthusiasm and joy.

I ain't but 50-sumthin, but I'm so out of shape from sitting still behind a desk for years, I decided to start seated. The minutes flew by, I broke a nice sweat, and my thighs felt the burn (that good burn).
Gon' do this three times a week until I can do it standing.
Good energy, good vibes, and he made me smile, which burns calories, too. This. This is perfect for my bad back. Thanks

Fell and broke my hip last August, but as I was recovering I realized the fall had also caused my bad knee on the same side to suffer enough damage to require knee replacement surgery, so it is April, my surgery isn't scheduled until June, and even though I am continuing my P.T. exercises to strengthen my quad muscles, I was concerned about my OVERALL fitness...especially cardio as I am 74 years old. I feel like this video has brought me back from helplessness to hope! Thank you! May the Lord bless you for creating this wonderful dance/fitness video!
Thank you so much for sharing your story. I started doing theses seated videos a few years ago when I got injured and I felt God told me to create seated chair workouts and so I did. I can't tell you the look on the technical team at the TV station I film at when I told them I am going to sit exercise and get fit on the set today. The rest is history.
I absolutely love these 😂. Even as a young woman its a great way to get started working out again. Some of these intense workouts i see on social media can be very overwhelming and really make me not want to work out. I love these because i do them standing up and when i get tired i finish it sitting down. You have such great energy and seem so sincere. Thank you for creating these❤.
