Great video, love marcelos stuff, always find myself getting to mount and either going for ezekial or arm triangle but this really helps open up options, gonna study the crap out of this and get to work on it at the gym lol

Abomination you for sharing these instructionals. When I am in a technique class and we learn a technique, it feels like I hear “ok this is bwabaaaaaaaaaa…” suddenly everyone claps and I let my partner go first. I am at home watching this video and at 7:30 I am watching MG’s big toe spread and recognizing that is why the webbing on my toes keeps ripping, suddenly I notice BF’s hands are over his head and I have no idea how it happened. At least here I can rewind.
