Yes, the flour is all purpose with low protein content, a simple 00' flour. For the almonds I written "almond powder" just because is the correct term but Yes is the same 😊

The total of the Cream equals the sum of the ingredients 😊

Yes, it is a technicality since almond "flour" is not technically correct as a term, it is more correct almond powder (but it is only for professional deformation) 😅
