    This looks amazing! I was wondering if we are supposed to use all-purpose flour for the tart? Is almond powder the same as almond flour?

      Yes, the flour is all purpose with low protein content, a simple 00' flour. For the almonds I written "almond powder" just because is the correct term but Yes is the same 😊

    for the coffee whipped ganache, is it 200g cream + 10g instant coffee + 190g white chocolate + 240g cream? what is the total amount of cream? thank u

    Is almond powder and almond flour the same thing?

      Yes, it is a technicality since almond "flour" is not technically correct as a term, it is more correct almond powder (but it is only for professional deformation) 😅

    At 3:24 the Italian line says "Bake at 160 C for 12 min, whereas the English line says bake at 260C for 12 min. Which is correct?
