It was interesting to hear this guy talk about the progress with gender inequality in his country. He seemed quite progressive and excited for change which contradicts pretty much everything that Western society says about Saudi Arabian men. E.g. that they are violent, sexist and want women to be oppressed. It's interesting to see that those stereotypes aren't in fact true
As someone from the MENA region (Tunisia), I can say the stereotype is actually true. Most Arab and Muslim men still are violent, sexist and oppressive, what you've been told isn't really wrong. However, the new generation is more open minded and more progressive for sure, especially the rich kids who study abroad and those who speak good English and interact with Westerners. I'm Tunisian, and people from my country are probably the most progressive Arab speaking Muslims historically (Either us or the Lebanese), but Saudi young men are getting more open minded everyday so much that I feel we'll be seen as reactionary compared to them in a couple of decades. You should not blame people from your nation who talked shit about Saudis and/or Middle Easterns, it's thanks to their criticism that the Arab men could see their flaws and move forward. Its a shame to be honest, I'm a huge fan from Yemen and I'm glad my neighboring country , SA, also has people who appreciate H3H3. The reason it's a shame though is because I feel I can relate so much to this speaker/caller but at the same time he doesn't have the liberty to speak about the negative side of the politics in his country. I'm all for praising your country but you should also have the right to criticize and have freedom of speech. Wishing the saudi people a more eye opening future.
I don’t like getting into politics because I believe politics to be much more of a grey area than what the media portrays, but I would like to say in general, no one , and I mean no one, should ever condemn a citizen of a country because of that country’s government’s actions. All though I’m not educated on the Yemen Situation, I’m sure some Saudis aren’t happy about it, but here in Saudi, you say the wrong thing and you’re OUT. @@KingdomofArabia Never met a single Saudi with no accent. I'm a native, American, English speaker. Also not sure why studying abroad would make you have no accent if English isn't your native tongue. I've met many many RSAF guys who go for training in the states and pilots who stay for upwards of 6 years and ALL of them had accents. The local Saudis speak extremely low levels of English. This guy's accent is American and English is his first language. He understands English and it's slang WAY too well to be saudi born. Listen to bin Salman speak... He's a trillionare world leader and has a ridiculous accent. I'm sorry but no way a native born Saudi speaks American English as good as me, it doesn't exist. He's either not Saudi or he's lying.

This is not politics!
Simply there are people who were kicked out of their lands, and we support them to get their lands back! Where are the politics! Dickface?
Adam Xkdo
Those Zionists were in Europe, and they were forced in the country, and took everything in the country then they started to kill Palestinians and pushed them out of their lands! It’s easy and simple just be a truthful person and show support, and stop justifying by bringing up things happened 2000 years ago!

As a Qatari, despite the political problems that are happening between Saudi and Qatar I’m very happy to watch such a great interview with a Saudi fan
Tamim Al-suwaidi but he is secular and that is what we qataris are against
صالح A as if Qatar isn’t secular lmao
To the ppl who didn't know what he ment by h3h3 being read like that.
In arabic we use 2 as A(ء)and 3 as ah(ع) and 5 as kh (خ) and 6 and tah(ط) and so one so forth.
We created our own decoded language basically using english letters and arabic numbers, 123456789
Never seen so many Saudi Arabians show so much love to 2 Jews. Shows everyone can get along.
Not Zionists tho.

Wishing the saudi people a more eye opening future.
yemen gang
I don’t like getting into politics because I believe politics to be much more of a grey area than what the media portrays, but I would like to say in general, no one , and I mean no one, should ever condemn a citizen of a country because of that country’s government’s actions. All though I’m not educated on the Yemen Situation, I’m sure some Saudis aren’t happy about it, but here in Saudi, you say the wrong thing and you’re OUT. I hope whatever is happening over in Yemen is resolved as quickly and swiftly as possible.
My whole saudi family watches h3h3 and we always reference the videos
Yeah sure
tgf xp what?
@@ImGoodThankYou that's bullshit so your mom watches youtube my Saudi mom won't even go to a fucking cinema

I appreciate Ethan’s transparency about his depression, it really makes me wonder why he’s decided to have a child though.
ell true. maybe pressure from people in his family or Hila or something, or maybe he’s tricked himself into thinking it’ll be a fix to his depression
Happiness is not a prerequisite to have a child
Much love from Saudi Arabia to h3h3! Been a fan for as long as I remember. Love your work guys keep it up
I'm depressed as fuck rn and i don't know how this pop up in my page..but I'm grateful..thank you 🌷
Guys accent is a bit too... Perfect... hmmm
alot of saudi’s accents are pretty good cuz they usually study outside the country
He said that he studys in the UK
i wonder how many saudis you met...
@@bones2323232323 tbh if you listen closely he still has a bit of an accent when he says certain words. However it's high-key naive of you to set a narrative based on a couple personal experiences. There's a whole world beyond your preconceived notions. My first language is not English nor have I ever stepped foot in a natively English speaking country yet if I spoke to you on the phone you'd assume I'm from the US. Let go of the prejudice man you make yourself look stupid.
