- AI being a perfect Customer Service Agent for straight 3-minute ... hear this conversation! 🚀
The Tesla Motors AI customer service assistant does a 3-minute call with a customer and makes it happen with 100% accuracy.
Every minute of the call is absolute perfection
Announced by Open AI - the makers of ChatGPT, "Air AI" is a game-changer!
It can have full-on 10-40 minute long phone calls that sound just like real human conversations.
With its infinite memory and the ability to autonomously handle tasks across 5,000 plus applications, it's like having 100,000 sales and customer service reps at your fingertips! 🌟
And it doesn't even require training, management, or motivation, and it works tirelessly, 24/7/365.
Almost mind-blowing to see this innovation. What are your thoughts? Where are we headed?

the delay and repeating what the client said is a tell tale sign, but it responds better then a lot of the people who work at the same call center as me
Well I would have realized something is off because there is one second pause between responses.
I believe that if a human detects they are communicating with a robot that they would naturally shut down on the emotional responses and rapport side of sales as they know its artificial and its just a robot. It would be far more transactional.
Never thought about it like that but it definitely makes sense.
Interesting
Except that is what a good sales rep should do. Is pause after a response. Rule of thumb is wait 3 seconds B4 responding.
The pauses and the affirmations of what the subject said prior are two giveaways.
It's a little bit off (a lot) on the emotionnal response. When the customer says bye in an excited way at the end and the Ai responds with the same tone as usual when it should have embraced that excitement just a little in its tone (it's a human communication thing, ultra natural)
Bro, it's an ai, at least he's responding
They have to be professional.
it’s a British impersonation which matches precisely tbh! not sure you’ve interacted with sales or customer support from the UK before
It took us over 300,000 years to evolve our social skills, including the emotional nuances, and when to use them. I just hope A.I will just use only a teeny tiny fraction of that time to catch up.
terrifying how we are here now
Why is that terrifying?
@@besprutad because exponential growth in technology can feel like an impossible fever dream just decade before.
What company are they using to pull this off? Do you think it’s made internally?
Had the same experience from MBNA Credit card company trying to sell stuff . Took me a while to work out it was a machine. Maybe a good approach would be to interrupt with “ Can you speak up , I’m hard of hearing “ then keep on repeating as if you can’t hear it .
Damn that is something
This is not a real customer but still impressive
True
Retitle, AI talks to an actor.
He’s an Elon fan so not surprised he can’t spot a con 😂
Haha
With time we'll get used to it. I'd rather talk to a machine that actually is trained to listen and has all the information at their virtual fingertips than talk with Sharleene that is just waiting for her lunch break and hates her job.
Totally agree
I've been in sales for 2 decades. This robot sounds fake as hell
So do a lot of sales people, to be fair😉😄
where can you get access to that service?
The pause is a little disconcerting
Its super confusing to use.
True
A lot of jobs lost 😅 terrifying and exciting at the same time 😅
