New Jersey is definitely not for everyone for sure! But if you’re just looking to settle down and get out of the city, you might find some good places. Thank you so much for watching, we really appreciate the support!
@LivingUnionCountyNJ yeah, I visit the state monthly. The homes are old and there's really not much to do. Feels like an old state that's far too expensive for what you get. My girl is trying to get me to move there, but it's a HUGE downgrade based off where I live. The Pizza there is great, though. Keep up the good work. I have notifications turned on for you
Yeah, that’s definitely one of the negative aspects of Jersey, especially in Union County, where a lot of homes are older. However, I’m not sure where you’re coming from; I’m guessing it’s a bigger city. You should check out a few spots in Hudson County, like Hoboken, Jersey City, and Edgewater. I’m sure these will be more to your feel. And again, man, we really appreciate the support. It always helps!
@@RelocateNewJersey I'll give it a shot. I live in McDonough, Ga. Most of the houses here start at 200k, and 400k to 500k homes look like this... ua-cam.com/video/htSGXYMA1nc/v-deo.htmlsi=TRNUPC5uNYDWbokn I JUST got a 3000 square foot home built from the ground up, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, for 300k starting at a 4% interest rate. The builders paid to drop my rates. I've been visiting NJ for over a year now, nice people but the taxes are too high and you're not getting what you're paying for. Thanks for the conversation, though. It was nice talking to you. I'll keep watching your content.
Congrats on the home, man! Those houses look beautiful. Yeah, you really can’t find prices like those here, especially in Union County. But again, thank you for the support, and if you do decide to make that move, you know we are here to help!
Yes watched video ✅
Thanks ✅ got it
Westfield - great town, great people. Wonderful place to raise a family. Ain’t cheap though.
Agree, Westfield's great for families, with a real sense of community. It's pricey, but many find it's worth it for the quality of life!
There's FAR better states to live in than NJ, but this video was great. Thank you

Nah, nah, nah...the most underrated area of NJ is the area between Pennsylvania and Connecticut 🙄 Westerfield doesn't even have a Rutts Hut 😅
